The 1 star is for the "PHARMACY" part. Its a 5 star for the store part. Its got a great selection in there store part. They have everything you need for pretty reasonable costs and the employees for the store part are very nice and incredibly helpful. The store manger will hep you with anything you need. Shes great. They always know where to find things in the store and can answer any questions you have about it. They also have a lot nicer things like jewelry. They have nicer store products that any of the other CVSs in town. But for the pharmacy part it was so bad I switched pharmacys to a different pharmacy because of this CVS. The pharmacist doesnt know what he is doing and gets my prescriptions wrong every time. He is incredibly rude to me and he hung the phone up on me while in mid sentence. I had called a week before hand to get my prescriptions refilled and they still didnt get them refilled another week afterwards and even my doctors office had problems with them. So I gave them a call to see if it was ready and the pharmacist would tell me he would get it done tomorrow! I told him I was out and that it needed to be refilled 2 weeks ago and he would tell me he was busy. Also some of the pharmacy technicians who work there would argue with me about doing there jobs. Just to let everyone know, this happens at a lot of pharmacys not just CVS. It has never been and will never be the patients job to call the doctors office for refills/ fax the doctors for refills, or call the insurance companies to find out if you medications are covered, or to have to call your doctor to get a prior authorization through the nurse practitioner. It is the pharmacy employees job to do that or the actually pharmacists job to do that. Its wrong to make the patients do that when its not there job. What do the pharmacy technicians and pharmacist do? They sit on the butts all day not really doing much and especially not what they are supposed to be doing. You have a lot of elder people who have no one to help them and it did not used to be this way. Pharmacys have changed and its wrong. You dont have anything to really do at a pharmacy other than refilling medication, and counting pills. They have made it easy for them to get paid for doing jack and making people struggle by doing the hard things like handling the insurance companys when they shouldnt have to worry about it, because the pharmacy should take care of it. I put up with the worst end of this with this particular CVS for 8 months until it got ridiculous and I finally had to switched. I also dont like that there only open till 9pm. Its not convenient. Enough said, drop the mike. Or the pen at the CVS drive through window.

The pharmacy staff continually try to convince my wife that she doesnt need to take her name brand medicine, and pressure her into taking the generic versions as if theyre the doctors. Even after she has carefully explained that she is allergic to the generic version. Here recently I picked up her prescription through the drive thru, and once I got home, my wife realized they unsurprisingly gave her the generics though they were not supposed to. She went to CVS to exchange her medicine for the correct medication, but they refused to make it right, even though they were the ones at fault. My wife knowing she would surely have a seizure without her epileptic medication, cursed during her panic attack after being denied after begging and pleading with the pharmacist. The pharmacist assumed she was talking to her, and instead of offering any comfort, she yelled at her. Before my wife pulled off, she asked for the pharmacists name. She said her name was "ANN COOPER" then closed the window. When she arrived home, we immediately called customer service, explained the situation, then we got a phone call from the district manager by the name of Adam Arnold. My wife explained the situation to the guy and he said he would take care of it. After we got off the phone, we tried calling the store to see if theres anything else we can work out to prevent my wife from having a seizure by not receiving her correct medication, at which point a tech stated that the pharmacist doesnt want to serve my wife anymore. We were floored by it And called customer service again to add to what had already been documented. A day or two later, the same guy called our house basically stating that her coworkers unsurprisingly took her side, and that he believes their word over ours. We are now taking it to the next level to try to hold the store accountable for their own fault and will stop at absolutely nothing to be sure that everyone is aware of the incompetence and unfairness that we have experienced dealing with this store. We usually go to this store because its so close to the house, and all the others are too far away, so we feel that the dictation of the pharmacist claiming that they will no longer serve her is very extreme and should not be upheld, given the fact that all of this are the results of their mistake that they absolutely refuse to take responsibility for.

Absolutely wonderful workers!! Store is maintained well with stock being updated all the time. Cashiers are so helpful with finding what youre looking for, at an affordable price point for your desired product. Theyre also very diligent and capable of processing loads of coupons (correctly--without arguments ensuing), all the while handling long lines by calling up extra cashiers quickly. Store has little to no criminal/theft activity due to the manager being stern, but extremely fair so the store feels like a safe space for everyone. Overall, a pleasant and stress-free shopping experience!

Horrible customer service. Had one of my prescriptions and not the other. I called the doctor and they were both sent at the same time. Had the doctor office call CVS and they still said well we just got it so it will be another hour; for a zithromyacin pack, nothing to count or fill. Workers are unprofessional and rude.

This CVS has some of the best and nicest cashiers. They are helpful, joyful and they work quickly and efficiently! I really appreciate the pharmacists knowledge and assistance with choosing appropriate medications. Everyone is helpful and they really enjoy their jobs.
