I was lied to. Went in for a tablet was told I would have it when I needed it. Tried for three days to find out where it was. I was finally told 30 mins before stores closed that I wouldnt have it for 3 more days. Way to late. I needed it Sunday and they waited till it was too late to do anything else. Sarah is a useless manager. Asked how she could help I told her she said cant and that was it. No customer service . I asked her what I was supposed to do and she was more worried about getting off of work than helping me.

I love my AT&T because when I leave out of town and go into the country I still dont lose my signal I went to Boost Mobile with my husband for about 6months It didnt take long for me to go back to AT&T because with work I travel I couldnt keep signal.with Boost Mobile.Ive been with AT&T for 15 yrs Ill never change again..Sorry hunny but I I like My AT&T.You dont travel to know how bad it can get with the signal..

If I could give 0 stars I would. I waited an hour and they didnt even help me. Then, I went to best buy mobile in mall and the employee fixed the problem in 5 minutes. I will probably never go into an AT&T store again. Just go to Best Buy and theyll actually help you.
