I thought everyone was exaggerating, but this really is the worst store ive ever gone to. Pros: They at least dont act like they even care about your problem unless you are paying them. Other stores might feign interest to get you to buy things, but they play it straight. Cons: They wouldnt do anything over the phone that could let me know if i had a warantee issue or not, they just kept telling me to come in. As soon as i got in and gave them the phone number they told me that (even though it definately is) it is not a warantee issue and my warantee is out of date anyways. All they would offer is to buy a new phone. when i said i wasnt looking to do that today he (the supposed customer manager) said that he cant help me then. in the middle of telling him about my issue at the counter, witout saying anything he stopped and started talking to another customer about her future purchases. No polite "please wait for a second" or anything. Just saw someone he thought was more likely to give him a commission and pounced.

I have been forced to go here a half dozen times, and it is one of the meanest, nastiest, and least helpful store I have ever seen. It must be a store culture thing, they are all dismissive, rude, uninformed and wildly unhelpful staff. They lie about not being able to do things Sprint says they can do, they do not want to help you, period. I have never had a more frustrating sales experience, and if you need customer service or support, just call Sprint, because if you go into the store for help, they will just tell you to call Sprint, no joke, they have done it to me more than once. Not sure if they dont know how to troubleshoot, or they just dont want to, my guess is both. I wish I could give less than 1 star. NO STARS, NO STARS FOR YOU!! or one I guess, since I must. TLDR; just the absolute worst, go somewhere else, anywhere else. Last word: somehow infinitely worse than Bloomingfoods customer service.

A man named Keesan (I don`t know the spelling) helped me to sign on a Sprint plan and was friendly at first, but cheated me by signing me up to the wrong plan and giving me a hard time when I wanted to change plans. Keesan insulted me (with a racial slur) and threatened me, then had the nerve to call me "rude" and told me to leave the store. The other guys were too busy to notice or help me. Keeson threatened me a 2nd time (he said he knows where I live!) when I came back asking for help with the issue. I finally gave up dealing with that store and drove to another store , one hour away! I don`t know why he can keep his job in Bloomington, Indiana, home to Indiana University where many students like myself, need a good phone plan. With such a dishonest guy working for Sprint, they will most likely lose business to other carriers! STAY AWAY FROM KEESON!!

On 8/31 I went into the Sprint Store #6120 at 2500 E 3rd St, Bloomington IN 47401, with a problem with my phone. I had a VERY unpleasant visit with the Store Manager Josh Bankert. I was trying to fix a problem with a defective phone. During my 2 visits to the store that day Mr. Bankert was VERY rude and condescending towards me and my fiance. When I expressed displeasure with the way he was treating us and asked to speak with his District Manager, he refused to anything of the sort. He then began to openly mock us and then refused service to us. I have been a long time Sprint customer (9 years) and I do not appreciate being treated in this manner. I am a retail Store Manager myself and at no point should someone in a customer service position act the way that he did towards a customer.

quite possibly the worst customer service I have received ever. I would rather deal with a cable company run by the IRS in the toy section of a Wal-Mart in Bedford. Rude, uninformed, constantly sharking for a sale, or upsell, and if you are not spending more money, they really dont care about you. I have spent much of my life in customer service, and am very respectful to those in customer service positions, and nearly always have great experiences working with sales agents, but not here. They are combative and angry if you are there to do anything but spend more money. Go to Best Buy, either the big box or the smaller store in the mall, they are super nice, like pretty much every one in customer service, anywhere. Yeesh cannot say enough about how bad these folks are.

The Worst Sprint Store. I have just moved to Bloomington. I am a student here now. For some reason my phones break a lot so I get to go to sprint store a lot. And I have been to 6 stores before and this is by far the worst. They were reallly realllly really disintersted. When I told them that my phone freezes and I dont know what to do, they asked me "SO what do you want us to do?" And I was just shocked, its like I was gonna help them how to fix my phone. Then they took my phone, played around, pressed buttons, and just gave me back saying you shoudl buy a new phone. I lived in Gainesville, Florida and those guys would take it for hours to work on my phones and I would be always satisfied. Go somewhere else, because this store is horrible.

Awful. I go to school in Bloomington so Im doomed to visit this place whenever I have phone issues. Ive had anal cavity searches that have been more enjoyable than 5 minutes in this store. If I were a manager the first thing I would do would be to fire everyone that works there, then Id probably fire myself for hiring all of those "people". Worst service Ive ever recieved. The entire time the employees are disinterested, checking their own phones, joking with eachother, and when you have something to say, often times they simply stare at you then go back to what they were doing previously. The most detailed explanation Ive gotten out of one of the goons that works there was "No" with an occasional "I dont know".

Kesson is the most unprofessional agent I have ever had to deal with. He is a con artist that has no good intentions. He had the nerve to vulgarly chase me out of his store after give me false information and setting me up on the wrong plan. I went to Radio Shack now a sprint store in the mall and worked with Carlos and Michael and they both help me out and got everything I needed handled squared always in a fast and professional manner. I think that kesson should be fired from his job since he is clearly conning all sprint customers he comes in contact with. - Kyle Lewis Ceo TurnUpNationCorp

Jesus is the only service rep I deal with. Managers nor majority dont know or have knowledge on products or most services. If they dont know hopefully you done your research prior to visiting the store, then you will REALLY see how they repeatedly misinform customers. They think they know, or they ask another co worker a question non know. I dread calling or visiting the store UNLESS I deal with Jesus hes the only one that takes his position seriously. Anyone else who cares about customers ends up fired or quit. Over horrible experiences over the last 7 yrs.
