My family and I had a great experience at the Sprint store in Gallatin, Tn. Our friend Jeff, helped us with all of our questions and was very knowledgeable with the iPhone 4S. We bought 4 of them (3black, 1white) and all of them were in stock along with the accessories that we wanted. That was a big plus for us. The service from Jeff was great. We had mentioned that we might have a problem with coverage because we live in a remote area in Gallatin. He offered (and he backed up his offer) to come to our house to check our reception before we bought the phones. Everything ended up great. Our phones have great reception and the phones themselves are more than we had expected. Jeff did such a great job servicing our needs that if this is any indication of what Sprint is made up of, I am very glad that I and my family made the switch to Sprint from Verizon. I was thinking about switching from Verizon to sprint. I went into this store and talked to a young boy who acted like it was his first day in training. the manager was in the back room and did not come out and try to help this young man, even though she could clearly hear that he did NOT know what he was talking about. One of the TOP rules about sales is YOU DO NOT LET A CUSTOMER LEAVE, ESPECIALLY UNHAPPY. This guy gave me 0 information that helped me. Finally he gave me his card and i just walked out. I went straight to Verizon and renewed my plan. Worst experience i have ever had with a cellular provider. Will not be back.

The young lady who helped me was AMAZING! She was patient with my technical ignorance and spent a lot of time showing me how to use my new phone plus its features. When she found that my photos and contacts had to be sent to my new phone she worked very hard to try and make it happen; though not all of it was successful. I appreciate everything she did for me (I didnt even know what kind of phone I wanted when I entered the business)!

Customer service is awful. We went in to get upgrades and found out they charge way more than Sprint. After discovering 2 hours later, we tried to get money back big hassle! The people working there mocked us and other customers. They even tried to scare us into not getting the refund. I wish I could give less than a star. Sprint is awesome, Absolute Wireless is not.

I went to the sprint store at oprymils they was very nice.At least they wasnt like Verzion told me that i had to turn off my data cause every month my bill was diffent tried to say i went over knowing i didnt cause i always use my Wifi at home & work.when my brother chris took me there to check them out i switch service that day.

Owner told me on the phone "I dont have time for this right now", when I needed their error fixed on my account. So I contacted corporate and it got handled immediately. I love sprint, have been with them for years but the Gallatin store manager does a poor job, reaching out to corporate at least works right away.
