Let me start off by saying i usually dont write reviews however if u want excellent customer curtesy look now further than this place. Customer service reps Nicole and Jordan went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased and happy before i left. After being with sprint for 3 years i switched to AT&T today due to sprint having such disrespectful management. Nicole worked very hard to get me a new phone on a contract for a great price along with the IPAD mini and was very patient and respectful. Service rep Jordan also helped with the process and was very respectful. As long as these two work at the store, it will always be a great environment and other customers and i will stay customers of AT&T.

Just left after being threatened to have the police called on me. My roommate who suffers from autism went in the other day to see if they could fix a crack on his screen. He was told they couldnt and to go to the local grocery store because they were out of his model phone. They didnt give him his cracked screen phone back. So we went up there to ask for the phone. I told the manager I believed my roommate was taken advantage of, not angerly wasnt yelling, remand calm... Well that sent the manager into a tizzy and he told me to get out of HIS stores. Anyone that sensitive shouldnt be a manager . I wont be going to AT&T anytime soon...

I visited this store on 9/30/2016 probably 6-8 employees there. Not easy to identify who is an employee and who is a customer?? Not friendly at all. I was told by two different associates they would help me in a minute. One other lady had been there longer than I had. I am waiting and the other lady is waiting, two men walk in and the associate walked by me and the other lady and asked if he could help them!! How rude!!! I walked out, honestly, they need training in customer service. Most of the AT&T retail stores I have been to are the same way. Not that AT&T cares, they dont. Beverly Ashby

Went in today, they were busy. We were patiently waiting even though they were helping people who came in after we did. One of the employees was playing on her phone, so I asked if that was allowed considering they were busy. She got smart and said she wasnt a service rep and she "wasnt playing". Ok, Im sorry but at my job were not allowed to be on our phones in front of customers period. She also cut my mother off to go silence her personal phone as she was giving her name. Very rude.

Worst service ever in a physical store with real employees? They had me fill out an insurance claim in the store and then they never sent it in. After 2 weeks of waiting for new phone, I called store, they couldnt help. Gave me an insurance claim number that had me call yet another number. The claim was NEVER filed by the employee at the store.

This is slowest place I ever seen, they have a guy who wont help you but will stand around putting people in a queue. Been waiting for 15 minutes to pay a bill and probably getting ready to just leave. Dude did help me fix my voicemail while I was here so Ill give them one star back for that.

All I wanted to do was pay my phone off. I waited 45 minutes while I watched employees walk around and talk to each other. Landon "checked me in" but couldnt even keep eye contact with me when I was talking to him and kept looking at his phone.
