After several attempts to resolve this issue with the store Manager, Eugene, I feel I have no other recourse than to contact you. Back in December, we switched our plans from AT&T to Sprint at your store in Mount Juliet, TN. Eugene Robinson was our salesperson. Let me start at the beginning. We wanted to reduce our wireless bill so we decided to switch. We have had nothing but trouble since we started. We traded in 2 phones and a tablet. We were sold the 15GB shared plan at high speed and then any data over the 15 GB would be at a slower speed across 3 lines and we have a tablet on a 1GB plan that was supposed to be free for the first year. One of the phones we needed to order, since you did not have this in stock at the time of our switch. Eugene and another rep named Mike told us they would order it and call us when it was in so we could pay the taxes and pick it up. A week later, we call and they tell us the phone is in (no one ever called us). We came by the next day to pick the phone up and it had been sold. We were told at this time that they couldnt "Hold" the phone for us unless we paid for the taxes at the time of order. This was never mentioned when the order was placed the first time. We pay the taxes and the phone gets ordered again. Another week passes and we hear nothing, so we stop by and it has been there for 3 days. We again, never received a phone call. Next, while waiting for our gift cards to pay off each of these plans (which required several lengthy phone calls to customer service), I found out that the tablet was not eligible for the trade in plan under the switch for 50% off. I contacted customer service and they credited our account for this error made by your salesman. Then our first three bills came and we were being charged for the "free" tablet with no credit coming back onto the account as we were told by Eugene. I again had to contact customer service several times with lengthy conversations to get this resolved because, again, your sales person did not set the tablet up correctly in the system. Now, as of a few weeks ago, I started receiving texts telling me that we are close to reaching our 15GB limit. For the month of May, we had overages on the account at $14.99/GB. At the time of switching, I asked specifically if there would be overages for usage over the 15GB and was reassured on numerous occasions that we would never go over, it would just slow down. I have audio recordings from your sales associates as recent as two weeks ago, confirming that the switch over plan is 15GB at high speed, with all overages being at a slower speed. My husband and I have called customer service (about a hundred times and with much frustration) and they finally told me I had to contact the store since it is a third-party company. I have spoken to Lucas three times, each assuring me that he would relay the message to Eugene so we can receive resolution. Eugene is REFUSING to speak to us because he knows he messed up. I want the plan I was sold, which is 15GB at high speed with any data over 15GB being at a slower speed, or I want you guys to pay for me to get out of this contract. Those are the only solutions I am willing to accept as this is now going on 7 months of non-stop irritation and frustration. I was LIED to and this needs to be made right. I am giving you the courtesy of an opportunity to resolve this issue no later than 5pm Monday, June 6, 2016 or I will be forced to take legal action. I am very frustrated by the lack of customer service from your staff and I am angry at being outright lied to.

Went to the store lastnight just to have my replacement phone checked for water damage. They took my phone to the back and when I got it back I looked at my task manager and they went into my photos. They had no reason to look at any software. Just a bunch of pervs looking for some dirty photos!!!!!! I WILL NeveR DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. Sad you cant trust a business to do the right thing and stop looking through stuff they shouldnt.

My company has been with the folks at All 4 One since 1998 when Nextel first came to town. They have saved us thousands of dollars due to screwed up billing... as Im sure everyone has had from time to time. I just Googled them and thought I would write a little something about their company. They are a first class, family owned business that takes their customers problems very seriously. 5 stars!!

Was able to switch carriers and get a new phone in no time at all. The sales rep (blake was his name i believe) was able to make the entire process easy. When having problems with my phone im able to walk in there and get help with it. Levi, the tech on hand was able to fix the software issues with my phone. Definitely going to be going there again

Very slow service. Employees up front talking non phone business with people . Taking all the time in the world while two cust waiting in line and dont even acknowledge waiting customers. I left without being helped. 5:10pm
