Thrift is thrift and Goodwill is no different. This one is a hair better than most being its newer. Ive always found something there(cant beat 99 cent clothes). This one is clean and Im not too scared of the bathrooms and fitting rooms. Employees have been nice whether shopping or donating. This one has better quality merchandise than many of the Goodwills due to the area(I guess). Im not keen on the newer pricing policies, but that is not the stores fault, thats a corp. decision. If you dont like the general pricing, you need to contact corporate. If you want a store where the employees are really nice, head over to Donelson. Sweet as can be whenever I go.

When I first started to work at Goodwill, I was a little sceptical because I every job outside the Bachlor degree that I received in college did not last. A few years ago I was diagnosed with ADHD and realized the cause of my problem. The managers at Goodwill were patient with me and Shane one day asked me to do books. I am amazed at the good compliments that I have received. Maybe this could lead to a career change for me. The workers here also work together as a team and is a pleasant environment.

They have a great selection, BUT theres a girl named Kimberly who is a cashier here. She is so rude, called me a liar in front of my two young children and was trying to rush my husband and I. When she went to look up my number for my points card, it was wrong, so I asked her to search by my name. She then became frustrated and huffed at me. Not good customer service whatsoever!

Love to shop here! Found a few pants for work for $4.50 a pair ! Today I donated a bunch of stuff for the first time. The young man who was working at the donation express door was not very friendly. When I pulled up I greeted him with a warm hello and I got no response , he just grabbed my things and went inside. Im hoping maybe he was just having a bad day :)

Great place to work & shop! Found management great to work with. Found some of the teens working there: immature. Need to grow & learn how to treat customers and their fellow employees with kindness & respect. Some of young mangmt rude as well to customers at closing. But found great selections here. Great overall work & training.

We went to GoodWill to buy a couch on June 17, 2017. As a family we found one we like very much and the price was decent, we paid for it... We received a ticket for pick up and went home to get our pick up truck ... when we return to GoodWill (we live in Lebanon) in Mt. Juliet we were informed that the couch was resold

I love to do crafts and DIYS with my daughters. We go to Goodwill to find items to upcycle or paint. The items sold are donated and used, but mostly great condition. This store has used furniture, appliances, dishes,clothing,shoes, books and everything else. The only thing I disagree with is the prices of the clothing.

Theyve gone retail. EVERYTHING is overpriced for a "thrift"/"discount" store. And would you like to go digging in a giant bin FULL of cluttered VHS, DVD, and CDs? But at least they saved the shelves for useless Christian/God/Religious books.... Store is not organized. Not. At. ALL.

My wife frequents this place. It has a pretty good amount of cool stuff (basically anything but clothes for me) and its clean. The only reason its not 5 stars is, kinda like others have said, some of the employees arent very helpful/receptive.

Donation express is very convenient, took a lot of items here and the gentleman working the drive through drop off was very helpful and friendly, there were a few things they wouldnt take but he was nice.

Good will is goodwill. This one doesnt smell too bad. There is always something new coming out of the back. But there is awful costumer service and some of the checkers are down right hateful.

NononoNO. waited for 30 minutes to buy a lot of stuff, then they closed the register. It took 2 times that time to find everything, and they closed the register. Then we left everything.
