We stopped into the AT&T store in Providence yesterday evening to get 4 lines switched over from Tmobile and into a new employee account. When we first walked in Donna greeted us warmly and asked for our name then directed us over to the phones we were looking for. We waited for probably about 30 minutes as they were a little busy. When our name came up we were greeted by Eric who I understand is that stores manager. We were attempting to get 3 new phones and port another. As an employee account it is a little different setting up. We had a little trouble getting everything properly discounted. We were there for 3 hours and past closing time with Eric and another employee named Justin both working very hard to get everything just right and set up before we left. Im sure it was frustrating but none of the employees in the store ever showed it. They were professional and kind. They made sure ALL our needs were covered before we left. If that wasnt enough the next day Eric texted us to remind us to plug our purchases into the employee website so we wouldnt be overcharged on our bill!

Beyond Disappointed. If you enjoy being ripped off? This is the best place for you. I came from a different carrier and have friends that used at&t so I thought I would give it a shot. A salesman Named James at this location was completely arrogant and rude right off the back. I was there to buy a phone and not to make friends so I continued while he made d-bag comments during an hour process. I bought two new IPhones with no promos. Come to find out BOGO is a new promo that allows new carriers to get " Buy one, get one free " only for people from other carriers trying to switch. "Which oddly is a huge promo that he forgot to mention."All thanks to James I was scammed out of almost 300$ even after returning the phones. I went to the Hermitage location and was majorly helped. I now have two brand new IPhone 7+ and one of those was free. Hermitage location is the way to go.

I love this store. Jesse and his team at this store are the best! They are personable and get to know YOU. Then when you return on multiple occassions they remember and ask questions. You are not a customer to them. You are a person first and they are willing to get you the best option for you. Just an FYI google has the time incorrect above. The store does not open until 10:00 am.

Rude employees who do not even bother to listen to what is actually wrong with your device plus long wait times is what you will get if you go to this location. They try to fix something that is not even the problem, then get rude to you when you try to explain what is actually going on with your device. Stay clear of this store!

Went in here to upgrade my phone and was assisted right away. Nicole was very helpful in providing me with information about my upgrade, and very friendly for the entire 2 hours I spent in there. I was very pleased with my overall experience and will continue to visit this location to acquire a new phone for the years to come.

Some nice employees, but most are complete assholes who will dismiss your complaints without even bothering to listen. Seriously cant wait to get out of this contract. You will pay ridiculous monthly fees for phones that dont work and service that doesnt exist. Will never step foot in this store again.

Switched to AT&T during the buy one iPhone get one free. Months later still trying to get the second phone free. Store employee stated it would come off after the first month. Numerous calls and time wasted. Each time they say , sorry and we will take care of that", and unfortunately they havent.
