I was in the store the other day , and i wanted this sailboat . It was 50% off ! I noticed it was a little bit messed up , by that i mean it had pieces out of place . So i asked one of the workers if there was any in the back because its kinda broken . She said " We dont sell those in the back , but you can ask the lady up front for help . I of course said yes , I went to the lady at the front . I asked can i get another 10% percent off because its broken . She said ill talk to the manager . I waited 15 minutes until the woman came . She said no and I said okay . Then she said it wasnt broken . It totally was broken !! I ended with leaving with nothing.

Today was my first day getting my picture matted and framed. As soon as I got there, Jake greeted me and my friend coming in 30 minutes earlier then he was suppose to help us! He talked with us & helped with our decision. Its customer service like his that will make us come back in the future!

Hobby lobby had a huge selection of crafts and when I asked where hand held fans were located the nice lady at the fabric cutting counter told me to look in the craft area and I found what I was looking for right away

Great selection of stuff. My biggest complaint is whether busy or not, it takes forever to check out. I have been there twice, both times it took longer to check out than to get the stuff.

Hobby Lobby never gets old. Im just glad they finally built a store near me. They have everything you need to DIY. My only issue is that theyre closed Sundays, but thats it.
