One of the better Cracker Barrel restaurants. Ive been going for decades now, so I think Im a regular to this organization. You get good quality food at affordable prices. I came here a couple times but this is my first review for the Gallatin location. I came in on a Sunday morning, around 10:30 and got seated immediately. No wait, food came quick, was deliciously consistent, and waitress was attentive. What more can you ask for? Although this location is 3 miles further than the one in Hendersonville, I refuse to go back to the Hendersonville location. They burned me 3 times and have not improved over the past couple months. If you live in Sumner County and want to dine at Cracker Barrel, come to this one.

i have been going to cracker Barrel for years and for the first time ever on July 4th of this year i received the worst from Cracker Barrel. First i didnt want the grits so when i ask to exchange the grits for the hash browns they said yes but it would be an extra dollar i said ok, Then i said i wanted toast instead of the biscuit and that was extra. So when we finally recd our meal no toast. i ask for the toast and after being gone for 5 or 10 minutes and my eggs were cold he brings me a biscuit. i asked where is my toast he said only biscuit comes with this meal at which i replied but i ordered toast you said ok, so i left very angry never to return to Cracker Barrel again.

I dont usually give ratings unless they are good but the Cracker Barrel of Gallatin, TN deserves minus 5 stars! It has the worst food of any restaurant I have ever eaten at. And, its not just one time but every time. I go back occasionally hoping that it will get better and be the quality of the Cracker Barrel in Hendersonville or other locations but am always disappointed and this time Im nauseous! Hopefully, I will not forget and go back but rather drive the extra miles to go to Hendersonville.

This is the WORST MOST GOD AWFUL Cracker Barrel Ive EVER been too. The service is TERRIBLE, everyone is rude. Weve been here over an hour no refills, people around us havent been waited on for 15 or more minutes. They "ran out" of Togo boxes. They ARE NOT EVEN BUSY. With service like this you would think the managers would check on you, but that hasnt happened yet either. We asked for our Togo order and a Togo box and 20 minutes later still sitting here. I will NEVER be back here.

We have eaten at many cracker barrels across the states... When we got to this one they were not busy and were able to accommodate our table of 11. However the service was not good. Some of the food was cold and incorrect. Drinks were spilt by staff on 2 gentlemen. When the bills were brought... There was no reduction until a manager was requested. The manager took care of us. Unfortunately the next time we have to choose a restaurant.. It wont be the cracker barrel

Never impressed. Ive never had an order that was correct. Today, my mother and I were seated at three different DIRTY tables. Ive worked in the food industry before and I really think they need to train the staff better. Of course Im just one person complaining and I suppose some people just settle for poor customer service! If you do complain no one ever seems to care, including the management.

Had the worst service ever today. Probably wont be back went in they were slow waited over 30 mins for our food. Homestyle chicken was barely edible had to throw over half of it away. Hashbrown casserole was crispy and burnt and my husbands burger was overcooked and not fixed right. Server was slow and not friendly at all. Waited over 5 mins to even get a drink order.

Family dinner midweek. We were seated almost immediately. Table was clean and set. Tully did a great job serving us, although maybe an additional check back once or twice would have been the only thing to complain about, as we needed refills and condiments for our meal. Manager stopped by and checked on us as well. All in all, things were great!

I am not too happy with my visit,staff is very generous,loved our waitress. She was awesome. Service was great and very quick no long wait,i really liked tht. Though Management does need to step in on some very lacking buisness in the kitchen, i Was very highly upset with plate once brought out. Our plate orders were wrong.Thts all.

Arrived at 4.room and was immediately seated jarod immediately took my order and what seamed like no time Jarod was bringing out my order which was hot and DELICIOUS, he has since checked back several times to see if i needed anything else. Jarod is an outstanding server, so when you visit here always ask for Jarod.

Had breakfast on a Sunday morning. I ordered grandpas country fried breakfast. The country fried steak was good, the hashbrown casserole was excellent, eggs were good and cheesy, and the biscuits were perfect. Our server was very sweet & attentive. Couldnt have asked for better service than what we received! :)

- I understand the time we went was very very busy, but they served the kids meal way too early, 5mins after we placed our order. He finished in 15mins then everyone else finally got their food (which was fine cause they were busy) but he then had to wait on everyone.

The last time I visited, it was a pretty poor experience. The manager rectified the situation, and he was extremely friendly, professional, and accommodating. Usually the entire experience is delightful. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious.

Even if the restaurant style is pretty and annex shop is a cool idea, the problem with the Cracker Barrel franchise is the portion size. For example 10 bucks for two bite of Ceasar salad its not much... Or the soup "bowl", actually more similar to a cup.

Biscuits were hard, waitress forgot one of my vegetables and my husbands biscuits, gravy, and grits. Had to ask twice for a refill. Also brought him bacon instead of sausage. Usually we dont have major issues here but tonight it was awful.

This is exactly like every other Cracker Barrel. Low prices, average food quality (there are some particularly tasty things on the menu, but they might give you a heart attack on your way out the door), and satisfactory service.

We got the campfire beef and the vegetables wasnt done .my husband ordered campfire chicken and they was out ask for 57 sauce it took her 10 minutes to get it and then we sit with empty glass for about 20 minutes. Sad sad

Lives up to every other location that I have visited. You can always have your option of a good home cook breakfast or dinner. Always fun to roam thru the country store and see what they have.

Really like cracker barrel for breakfast. They have good food all day long but breakfast is especially good. Cool, old fashioned, southern atmosphere. Very family friendly. Definitely recommend

I love getting the firehouse meals at CB. Sadly, they dont do them year round. This year they added the fireside dessert and its one of the best things ever. Always great service here.
