We switched to Verizon from another carrier. It has been the worst experience ever and definitely regret it. The whole process ended up taking two and a half hrs. The promotion to switch and they will pay you to do so has proved to be extremely difficult because they cant give us the needed receipts to upload. I should get a military discount and they told us to log in and set it up ourselves, which has not proven to be easy. We call customer service and they tell us there is no reason why the Lebanon staff could not do that for us. We now have to drive to Carmel just to get this straightened out because they are proving to be incompetent. It should not be this difficult, if we could do it over we would not have went there!

All I can say is that this place is a disaster. Save yourself some time and go to an actual Verizon store where they actually care about customer service. This store just tries to sell you product and doesnt stand by issues. Bad Bad Bad experience. Wont return.
