Well , I normally have a pleasant shopping experience at the Kroger in Martinsville indiana but today was the worst . I had to go to the doctors today and I have my script s filled there . The script s are sent to them electronically . So I call to see if they are ready and the customer service person tells me she has no script for me at all . Well this seems fishy to me , because she gave me that same excuse two weeks ago . I waited in town for 3 hours , finally went home with no medicine . By then , the doctors office was closed and it was Friday . So Im thinking Im done for , ( for sure ) . I called the pharmacy about two hours after Im home , she says yes we have it now , Ill get it ready for you . So this time , I was a bit more prepared . . I asked my doc how long it usually takes to send . She says . . 5 minutes . Lol So . . I call my doctors office to tell them whats going on and to ask her to call the pharmacy to find out why theyre not receiving my script s . Docs office calls me right back within 5 minutes and says . . Oh they have it now . REALLY ! ! ! So . . . . . Kroger pharmacy ! ! Whats up with that ? Signed . . Bad pharmacy bad .

I think the produce at Kroger is soooo much better than Walmarts. It is much better tasting and the appearance is much better. I also love buying my fresh cilantro from Kroger. I was paying almost $3 for a very small plant at Walmart and just happened to price it at Kroger. I was socked to see really big bunches for barely over $1. I have a daughter who is a CSM at Walmart and she will only buy her fruits and vegs at Kroger.

This kroger is in the ending stages of a remodel. But now that Ive relearned where everything is, its really nice! Theres a sushi bar which was delicious! The salad bar looks good but i personally havent tried it yet. I believe theres also a soup bar now. And fuel points and and weekly sale are always appreciated!

Not enough checkout lanes open, so I had to use self- checkout. There was a young man stationed there to assist if needed. He just stood there with nothing to do and yet did not offer me assistance with heavy items. I finally asked him for help and he was clearly annoyed.

Clean, well organized store with pharmacy, meat counter, floral Dept., etc. Decent prices, lots of specials. Staff are mostly friendly. This location lacks the variety of International and Organic selection s that other Krogers provide.

Getting better had situations with inventory in past. Staffing seemed to have been a problem might have that under control now? Ladies in deli very helpful one walks away feeling they wanted to help you not had to.

I really like that I can find so many non grocery items as well as competitive prices on food so that I dont have to run around to several stores to get all I need. The fresh bakery goods are nice to get too!

Beautiful store, if a grocery store can be beautiful. Everything needed is right there. From Preparation H to fresh cut flowers, veggies to ice cream. And if you cant find it the staff is willing to help.

Absolutely terrible produce!!! Bell peppers were moldy on the inside. Same thing with oranges and tangerines. The avocados were way past ripe, and the prices are of course outrageous.

They were out of alot of things they had 2 registers open with 1 bagger and I was over charged for an Wow sake item ! Was suppose to be 1.99 when I looked at my receipt it was 7.49
