If I could give half of a star I would, because the service dept. there is not only horrible but dishonest. I had such a great experience when I went there asking questions before I bought my first HD that I guess Im shocked now that the service dept tried to rip me off with boldface lies about damaged parts. I tried to contact the GM there about my experience, but it appears hes too busy to return calls or emails about incidents that will reflect poorly upon his dealership. So, I decided to post my complaint here where anyone could read it and be informed about what could possibly happen to them. Ill sum it up real quick, according to Javelina my bike needed over $2,000 worth of repairs. Its at another HD dealer now and my total estimate, without extras Im buying, is only $288 to fix my bike. So, you decide, but if I had gotten a written estimate from Javelina before I pulled it from their shop I would probably have pushed the Attorney General for a deceptive trade practices case. It could just be my incident was isolated, but be very careful if you chose to do business with the service department, because other than the Svc Mgr none of the service writers have a clue what theyre doing or what theyre talking about. Its sad, because theyre close to me and have made some friends with employees, actually rode with one, that I cannot trust the service dept enough to buy another bike there and have it worked on. Maybe time to go Indian, or Victory? Hate to dump my HD but if I cannot trust a dealer to fix it for me then maybe I need to change brands.

I dont really like dealing with HD dealerships as I find the sales personnel to be obnoxious trying to sell you a bike but that is their job. However, I love Javelina HD. Its clean, updated interior is welcoming. They dont have the HD yuppy vibe going on. The personnel are dressed casually but professionally. Everyone is friendly all the way from the sales floor to the service department. I recently had a rear brake switch go out on my Ultra Classic. It was under recall apparently. I called them on Monday. They had me in on Thursday and I was in and out in 2.5hrs. No one tried to sell me something I didnt need. They did offer me the 25k mile service and oil change. I politely declined after being told it was almost $450 and said I could handle it myself. They werent fazed and understood I could do it myself. I do recommend stopping by and saying howdy.

I was on my way to Houston Tx when I broke down and needed a tow to Javelina Harley. Beside being upset about my bike, the personal at Javenlina calm me down and told be everything was going to be alright.They were right, they got my bike on the lift and got me on my way alittle over a hour. They were totally professional and made me feel that there are some folks out here that really care about your status. Thank you for your kindness and ability to get me back on the road.

I purchased my Harley-Davidson motorcycle here. The staff is attentive and friendly. When I go back for service or parts, my salesman is always there and says hi to me. There are lots of events going on all year and its fun to just ride up and see what is going on. When I was purchasing my bike, they got me on it as quickly as possible. Ive been to other places that refused to let me test ride, but here theyll put you on whatever you want to try.

Absolutely one of the best Harley-Davidson shops Ive ever been too. Entire shop has awesome, helpful, polite, and hard working personnel. Heal-toe linkage broke outside of Fredericksburg and they took my bike in and had it fixed in no time without any notice. Will be stopping in here anytime im in the area or driving through. Thanks for everything Javelina Harley-Davidson you all are the sh&$.

You have a great dealership,but your parties and benefits are terrible you only choose to sell beer of people who will sponsor you. your party this weekend was a flop. who wants just miller lite.please cater to your customers and provide at least the top two selling beers. We left and went down the road to a new bar and found it packed with people who had the same complaint

Worthless communication, emailed them about a trade in. Ended up getting an email days later to give some guy a call only to be told they would only except my trade in on a larger bike because my trade in was still financed. Made no effort whats so ever to make the sale. Their loss as I will be getting a larger bike but not from them.

Couldnt be more happy with these guys. Brought in my 05 Softail when the engine failed (they came out and picked me up at no charge). They worked with my off-brand warranty and got it fixed right (Thanks JR). While I was waiting an 08 Ultra Classic caught my eye. Mac got me a good deal on my trade and put me on a beautiful bike.

Got a flat tire on my way to work this morning and barely made it in the parking lot. One employee changed my tire and another brought me water. These people went out of their way to help me and they didnt have to. I offered to pay as my way of being grateful and wouldnt except a dollar. Thank you for helping me today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My bike needed to get fixed in my way back from Sturgis. Right way they brought it inside and within 1 1/2 hour , I was back in the road (they gave her a nice shower as well).Everyone was very nice ,specifically Franko at the shop! Great lounge as well .

Great customer service. On time and ready for my service appointment. Did a good wash job of my dirty motorcycle after completion of the 10K service. They left one of my saddle bag lights unplugged, but that was an easy fix. Thank you.

Too long a story to get into here. Short version price gouging incompetent liars. If it cost an extra hundred bucks to take your bike somewhere else. Spend it. Its worth it just to avoid these losers
