I have been a customer since I started riding. I have bought jackets, helmets, tools, stands, ect. I genuinely liked coming here for the products they have. BUT they have terrible customer service. I went in needing a tire change so i could go back to Austin. I walk in rim in hand new tire in the other only to be looked at smirked at and told that it would be a day or day and a half before i would get it back. WTF?! I took the tire off myself and have done tire changes before it takes less than thirty minutes.... why am i being forced to wait a day and a half?! The fat guy at the counter wasnt interested either like he didnt want the business. He told us cycle plex was up the street and that they could do it. The store wasnt busy... why would you deny some one? why would you not want to take my money?! lol

Went to get a helmet so I can take my car to the drag strip. I walked in knowing nothing of what I needed or wanted. I walked in was greeted and helped almost instantly. I told him what I needed it for and a price range and he help find a lot of selections also explained to me how it was suppose to fit and why. Also made sure I got a great deal didnt press me to buy something expensive. I also came in towards closing time and even though I didnt leave till a little after was treated with a smile the whole time and was told thats what we are here for when I apologized for keeping then late. Definitely would recommend this store to everyone!

Walked in with three employees at the counter and one was helping the only other customer in the store. Not even a recognition that I walked through the door and straight towards them. Was intent on finding a jacket. Found one I really wanted but could not get the attention of any of the employees who seemed to have disappeared. Was going to purchase an expensive jacket from them but if they dont care, then I dont either. Since they care as much as an internet sales site, guess a thanks is in order for being able to let me fit to size for a brand so I can buy it online for cheaper.

What a great store! I went to three retailers in Austin and three in San Antonio looking for a motorcycle jacket and this was the first place that made me smile. The manager Joe is passionate about riding and riders and is very personable. We military folk appreciate the discount, as well. Don t waste your time with Gear Authority, Alamo Cycleplex, or SA Powersports (that place was a joke)....head straight to Cycle Gear.

These guys are good people, friendly and knowledgeable. I usually know exactly what Im looking for since I do all my own maintenance, but the times I have a question they always take the time to help me out. Only reason why this is a 4 star and not 5 star is that I cant always get what I need here (which is not in control of employees).

Everything changes! Get used to it! I liked the old crew(bros) SA location. New tire prices! I did not mind waiting a day for a tire put on my wheel $30.00s including tube. Now I wait 24 hours to get charged $55.00 including tube, WOW! I can go across street (Alamo Cycle Plex) $65.00s and get it in an hour! Oh well....

Great selection of gear; probably the largest in San Antonio. Pedro (Pete), and David Sweet were very helpful in helping select a helmet and jacket. Pete even removed a jacket from the display mannequin since it was the only one it that size to try on! We will be repeat customers.

Best staff, very cool and helpful, theyre sometimes a little to happy and thats a good thing. Best place for motorcycle/ dirt bike accessories and gear, tires, tubes, levers, sprockets, fluids they have it for your dirt bike. Dont go anywhere else or you will be screwed!

Check the website for sales before you head to the store. it will save you a lot of time looking for what you want. FYI these guys will only change tires on wheels that have been removed from your bike prior to entering the store.
