Wow...I mean WOW!!! Coyote Powersports wrote the BOOK on customer service. Let me tell you how. First, Shane. He was my salesperson who sold me a brand new Can-Am Spyder. I saw a model online, e-mailed the shop, and Shane contacted me in less than 24 hours. After setting an appointment, I showed up to a fully prepped vehicle ready to be test driven. Loved the vehicle but there was one in stock I liked even more. While I went back and forth with my boss (my lovely bride) on the new bike, Shane stayed cool patient and attentive. He peppered me with great stories, jokes, and an overall welcoming attitude. Just as important, he was never afraid to go out of way to ensure I got the best deal the dealership could afford. Next, Diana the finance manager. She found out that I am military and has called me by my rank ever since. Its a small touch but greatly appreciated. Her big help? She cut through all the red tape of registering my vehicle out of state. She contact the out of state title agency, the license agency, everything. This is so big because her doing so saved me about $2K in taxes. She even gave me realty tips since she is a licensed realtor and notarized an unrelated form for me without me even having to ask. So after the first 600 miles I brought my vehicle in for its first service...my man Rocky in service squared me away. I wound up being at the dealership for a few hours but it was because Rocky refused to let me leave without thoroughly inspected every nut or bolt on the vehicle. I complained of a tiny squeak in the brakes...yeah he completely disassembled the wheel and found that the rotor was warped as a factory defect. Two replaced rotors later and a service done at half the price I left satisfied knowing that I was safe and had gotten another great deal. He also took the time to go over everything from exhausts to shift points to just bike talk. Just a good guy and GREAT mechanic. Everybody here is great and laser focused on service. From a military discount on accessories (thanks J) to the owner gifting me a cool Can-Am shirt just because...this place is TOPS. Go here, buy or dont buy, youll become family. So glad I passed up 4 other dealerships to go out to Boerne and get the customer service of a lifetime.

Great bike shop! This is the kind of bike shop I remember growing up around and thought had gone the way of the dinosaur. This shop is filled with bike riders getting your parts, working on your bike and selling you bikes! If you are looking for pushy salesmen who dont know anything about the bikes, parts people that must know the color of the bike to let you buy chain lube or mechanics who could cut their own throat with a monkey wrench, this is not the shop for you. I found this place near Boerne by accident and went in just looking to see what they offered and didnt expect much. Wow, what a surprise. A knowledgeable, friendly staff that were there when you wanted them but not hovering over you. They had a great selection of bikes and accessories with good prices in a clean well laid out environment. I came back a couple of weeks later to look at the new FZ09 as a x-mas present for my 28 year old son. What a fantastic experience it turned in to. Unbelievable price and the owner actually went to bat for me with Yamaha financing and got me a fantastic rate. The buying experience included an introduction to the service manager and parts manager, a talk with the owner about bike safety and avenues to hone my riding skills if I wanted it, and a complete in-depth review of the bike itself with all the features to ensure I was happy, informed and safe. Not the normal "Give me your money, heres the keys and call if you have any questions," you seem to get everywhere nowadays. With over 40 years riding behind me I have seen some good bike shops and some not so good ones. Troy and his team are right at the top of all of them in my opinion. Take the trip out I-10 and pay them a visit even if it is to just check out the bikes and yak. I am sure you will appreciate an old school bike shop in modern surroundings. I found them by luck but I’ll go back because of the atmosphere and camaraderie. Thanks to Robert, Troy and the whole Fun Center team for making buying this bike the easiest, most pleasant, non stressed experience of my life.

These guys are amazing. Not only did I get an amazing deal on my new scooter, but everyone at this location was so extremely nice and helpful. You dont find business that really treat you like family nowadays. The day I bought my scooter, I wasnt able to make it to the store until 6:30p. They are usually all closed up and home by that time, but every body that works there stayed for my arrival and helped out with anything that needed to be done for this purchase. The transaction went quite smoothly. After the purchase and the walk around, they showed me how to operate the scooter and pointed out everything and anything I needed to know about it, insurance, motorcycle classes... anything someone needs to know about owning a motor vehicle, they were there to help. They delivered my scooter THAT NIGHT! I was expecting a few days for delivery! I live near San Antonio, so this was an amazing surprise! When my license plate came in, they hand delivered it to my house so that it wouldnt get lost in the mail! (I dont think this is a normal practice.) Theyve called and checked up on me and my scooter a few times since the purchase. They told me about recommended maintenance and informed me that when that time comes, they will come and pick up my scooter in the morning, take it to their store and work on it, and then return it that evening or the next morning. Who does that?!?!! THAT is what I call good customer service! I would 100% recommend them to friends and family and I cannot wait to deal with them again on my next Yamaha purchase!

We purchased a Viking on March 22, 2017, paying in full by check. The dealership delivered it the following day. The top light bar wasnt even connected. After just a few days, I decided we would sell it. I texted the owner on April 4, 2017 letting them know we were selling it and asked if they wanted to buy it back. They said yes and that they were sending a trailer immediately to pick it up. Three hours later, I had heard nothing from the dealer who is only 15 minutes away. They no-show / no-called. I let them know I had sold it to another dealer. This was April 4, 2017. The dealer didnt even do title work until April 8th and back dated it to March 30th, but we bought it March 22 and check cleared March 23. Their title lady has been telling us that we didnt buy it until first week of April (thats a lie as Check CLEARED March 23!!) the state of Texas mailed the title out on April 11th and we should get it on April 15th. On May 2, 2017 the same title lady told us the title arrived at their dealership that same day and that she put it in the mail to us. ( I have NEVER heard of the state mailing or titling a Vehicle Title to the dealer!!!) I highly recommend you find another dealer OR get everything in writing and insist they do title work the same day or No Deal! Make them put all promises in writing, also. Today May 4, 2017, we still have NO TITLE!!
