Terry is knowledgeable and easy to talk to. My husband is in the window shopping phase right now, and Terry is patient with him and always seems to be in a good mood. My husband comes home feeling like he had a chat with a buddy rather than a high pressure salesman, and we like that. 2014 My husband and I bought our first helmets at the garage sale yesterday. Craig was very helpful in explaining safety ratings, features, and making sure we had the right fit. He let us know about specials without making us feel pressured into buying more (my husband and I hate that and take our business elsewhere when that happens). We lived the deals we found at the garage sale. We will be back. 04/08/16

service department far from helpful. Had a factory recall on a machine that I purchased new from Kearney Powersports. I discovered the recall through an internet search after I had it in for repair. The service department did not inform me of this recall. When I asked them about it, the person in the service department said they would look into it. I had to call them multiple times and they would not return calls. After months of trying to dealing with them, I did final get to speak with someone who was able to pull up "something about a recall" on their computer, but unfortunately the recall had just expired and they sure would like to help but it was "out of their hands".

Ive had my motorcycle serviced there twice. On the second occasion the mechanic didnt tighten the chain properly and I jumped on it and rode back to Omaha. First time was fine. Their prices are incredulous!! This is why I am writing the post. I was quoted to change my sprockets (due to a loose chain....), chain and rear seals in Omaha at 3 different prices highest 186.00 and lowest was 156.00. Because Kearney Yamaha is the only dealership here whats their price? 325.00 for the same work. I got news for those of you that do some long range riding or fancy a trip to Omaha. It would PAY for the trip just to do it there, one night hotel and food included.....

This is an awesome awesome dealer! I got a puncture in my front tire on Saturday night in North Platte NE on my way home to NH from CO. Kearney powersports was the only dealer I could find nearby that was open on a Sunday (or Monday!). They didnt have any techs in their service department on Sunday, but Josh in service was able to reach a tech that was willing to come in on his day off to replace my tire and get me back on the road. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and this store has a great selection of merchandise. I cant recommend this dealer enough, and will make a point to stop back by next time Im crossing through Nebraska

Had a great experience buying my first bike at Kearney Yamaha. I originally took the BRC over at UNK because I had never ridden a bike before and Terry Loebig recommend the course. I completed the course and started looking for bikes. I found a used Kawasaki Vulcan 750 that was practically new for a great price. I applied for financing through the website and Beau Andrews called me within an hour. I came to test drive it that day, and by the end of the day I had a practically new bike. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I will always remember the great experience of buying my first bike at Kearney Yamaha

Kearney Powersports was very helpful when I made purchases there. I was not very knowledgeable with motorcycles and they helped me out greatly with that. Craig Lieser was a great salesperson and showed me all of the different types of helmets and pointed me in the right direction of which would suit me best. The rest of the staff is fun, excited about the work they do and eager to teach as well as share their knowledge. The environment is great, the scenery around the place is immaculate and the owners are a pleasure to deal with. I recommend them for anyone looking to add a little excitement in their lives.

Ive wanted a bike for years, finally went in to look. Terry convinced me to wait until after I took the MSF Basic Rider Course and I am so thankful he did. Several weeks later, after passing the course and getting my endorsement, Terry remembered me, my name, my wifes name and other trivial information as well as the bike I was looking at, pulled it out and let me go on it. Needless to say, 30 minutes later, the bike was mine. Terry genuinely cares about his customers and their safety and I really appreciated that.
