I recently bought a 2005 toyota avalon through this disgrace of a company. 2 days after having the vehicle i noticed it wasnt shifting gears properly so i called in informing them of this issue they scheduled an appt for it to come it but it ended up breaking down and leaving me stranded before that. They had it towed in and intially they said it was the transmission then called back the next day saying it was now an axil not the transmission. They fixed it and charged me even though it was in the 30 day waruantee. I called in the same day i got the vehicle back complaining that it still wasnt running right their exact words to me were "i dont know what to tell you" ...a week later i was in a serious accident because my steering wheel locked up and i hit a telephone poll...the owner chris finally offered to give me a different vehicle after much distress and arguing with him....when i went in to get a new car the general manager alyssa found any reason to not give me the car first she said my payments werent up to date so i paid all that i owed then she said she wasnt giving it to me because my insurance lapsed so i immediately had that taken care of and called her with the information she now is saying they decided not to give me the vehicle unless i pay the full amount ahead of time...this is not legal and i am now having to take them to court to fight for my rights....but now im without a vehicle and out $4000. I ADVICE ANYONE NOT TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE . THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND NOT TO MENTION EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE GENERAL MANAGER ALYSSA IS THE MOST DISRESPECTFUL ARROGANT PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

Looking for a reliable vehicle and they advertise on Facebook about Tax Refund program. I looked into on of their vehicles, and made a trip to the lot. And wow. Let me tell you; For those who are purchasing, do your research. You are overpaying. Tremendously. $10,000 for a vehicle worth less than $6000. Plus, with no credit check, that means that they do in house financing. 19% interest, 36 months on average. NINETEEN PERCENT. My comments about this on their posts on Facebook were deleted, and I was unable to comment. They had no response but to hide the truth instead of correcting me and trying to negotiate. ALL of their vehicles have damage. ALL. What else is lingering under the cosmetic damage? Bumpers ripped apart, Interior pets missing and thrown on the seats. See for yourself! Seats ripped, stained interior, scratches on the paint, horrible detail jobs where wax is still sitting on the paint dried up, all while providing you with a 3 month warranty. Its a ripoff. Looking at a certain car? Grab the VIN number and do your research on car values. Theres a REASON they dont provide prices on their website, and only have one picture of the vehicle on the website. Do the math. Do your research. Youre welcome.

I purchased a vehicle from Mountville Motor Sales. I was referred from a friend (who has nothing but great things to say about Alyssa and the staff) and after reading the reviews below, I was a bit apprehensive, but also looking at the negative comments and than reading the positive comments, I went there to see what they offered and what my options were. I walked in and was greeted professionally and discussed my options and payment with the general manager. I ended up purchasing the vehicle that I wanted and not once have I had any issues other then basic wear and tear items that come along with a used car being 10yrs old and making sure I keep up with my oil changes that there techs service for me and I must say that never in my life have I been able to have services done at a garage where I am able to make a payment on the bill at pick up and set up a payment plan for the remaining service with my car payment. I high recommended Mountville Motor Sales, If your honest about what you can afford, take care of your vehicle and communicate with them they take good care of you.

Absolutely the WORST company I have ever even talked to. I never bought a car from here however when I was looking someone had told me about Thai place. Went to check it out myself. The manager Allyssa was the most disrespectful and arrogant person I have ever met. Tried to sell me a car while she had other people screaming at her about the horrible experience. Looked over a car had them lift it to check underneath. The front axle was broken, rotors and breaks completely worn down. Stated they wont fix unless I get the warranty with the car.... definitely discourage anyone from buying from here. Took my money up to Reading,Pa and got a almost new Kia Optima from Steve at Savage Kia! Best experience with them. Mountville should take a hint at how to properly do service.

Absolutely love Mountville Motor Sales. The Staff there is Amazing and I refer all of my friends and Family to them. NEVER A DISAPPOINTMENT! but obviously from the negative reviews I have read, those reviewers didnt make there payments on time, didnt take care of the vehicle and wasnt smart enough to keep insurance, which by the way is a Penndot violation & a crime! Mountville Motors sold me my 1st car when I really needed a vehicle and didnt have credit at that time. When I had an issue with my vehicle, they fixed it and I was able to add the payment to my loan. Lets remember there USED CARS! If you could afford a New One you wouldnt be reading these reviews.

I was recently referred to Mountville Motor Sales by a friend after a motor vehicle accident left my wife and I without wheels. Car buying is never an easy decision for me as it is such a huge purchase, but Chris came highly recommended and he really came through for us. He listened to what our needs and wants were in a vehicle and gave constructive, honest feedback from personal experience. I suppose there is always a certain degree of risk associated with buying a vehicle but Chris is thorough and honest, which allowed us to buy with confidence. I got a car from here and they said it was a good car I work an hour away! the car has been taken back to this place like more then 4 times!! It was even sent to a Jones dealer and came back n didnt even last one day! Had to take it back Im beyond angry with this place right now! Waiting to see if they can give me a better car... Will keep you posted!
