Update 3 : I got the car back and it was repaired. I cant even tell (without looking extremely hard at the right angle) that there was any damage. Nothing but praise for this Chapman Ford location. Great service, and great people. Update 2 : Spoke with the owner, and they have decided to attempt to repair the damage. The shop most likely did not cause the damage, but it occurred in their parking lot. In good faith they will attempt to repair it as best as possible. Which is all I desired. Update : Spoke with the owner and Manager. They are going to look into the dents. Will update again after they contact me again. Took my 2010 Grey Mustang in for service on the engine. I know my Mustang isnt in pristine condition, but I seriously didnt expect to have a huge dent and scratch on my door after picking it up.

Late on this. But I purchased a 2014 fiesta here brand new. Would have been very nice if I could have been told about the vehicle issues before now being completely stuck with it. I just love how all the issues happen after my warranty runs out. Took it here maybe twice in past 2 years about this, usually the desk lady is pissy. And everyone else tells me the car is normal...NO THEY HAVE A TRANSMISSION PROBLEM, Just like countless other fiestas, focus, etc. Either way, these people know how to screw you good. Probably why they have me even more for my trade in when we asked...and it was in bad shape. Hope multiple people there loose their jobs as week as many who work for the Ford company as a whole. I definitely did not enjoy my FIRST car buying experience.

I had my Ford focus towed there Friday morning 6/ 2 before 9am. An took uber 6/8 after 4pm. I didnt receive any follow up calls on status of repairs without calling myself. My clutch an flywheel needed replacing. Bought my vehicle from them at 53,000 miles 1yr later at 58,000 Im paying 1800+ plus for repair which took nearly a week. As I get in my vehicle to start the engine. I push in the clutch pedal which has no resistance to it at all. And thats the first I noticed when the car stopped engaging. I get out an go to San who is in service dept an asked him why is it still like that an his comment was " I dont know". I will no longer have my car serviced there. No inspection, oil change NOTHING!!!! VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
