Run as fast as you can from this place! !!! They sell cars that have problems, do not disclose them and then leave you hanging having to put out money. They say they have warranties, but wont honor it. 4600 dollars is what it will cost me to repair this car. The blower motor, brakes, rotors, coils, engone was 3 quarts low on oil, the sun roof is leaking, so the top interior now is stained. They lie, cheat and steal. They buy from auctions knowing the vehicles have problems and take it back to their lot, advertise it for sale and hope someone from out of state sees it so they wont have to inspect it and youre out money for the repairs BECAUSE THEY WILL SAY ON THE PHONE THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT BUT WONT!!! they lie on your interest to get you in there and then its higher than it was supposed to be. They wont really budge on prices either. They will lie and say they paid x amount and cant go any lower, but oh this is so not true. They are out to make money and money only. They dont care about you as a customer. We drove 800 miles because of a lie. 400 to get the car. 400 because they said theyd pay for fuel for us to bring the car in so they can look at it. And oh heres the icing on the cake, my wife gave them a bad review after they said they would only run our credit once, but they ran it more and dropped our scores. Said they would take care of it, now they are backing out on that too. They wouldnt answer calls or call us back because they didnt have time. They will take your money, give you a subpar non certified car even though they say they sell certified cars... oh and one on their lot they had for sell, they started it up and it was dumping smoke!!! They wont let you test drive it very far either, probably afraid they will take a rap and there goes the money.

I have 2 stars, but one was for Mike and Mike only. He was my salesman and got me exactly what I wanted, after his boss basically told me that I wasnt getting that vehicle. Mike knew that there was a problem with the alternator, and my vehicle came with a TV for my children. Our schedule never aligned and I broke down. Mike told me to have it towed to Shans, and when his boss found out he was going to put money into my vehicle they made him resign. I called Chris and Fareed and got NOTHING, well except excuses and grief. They refused to honor my agreement "because Mike doesnt know what hes talking about and that Mike makes false promises all the time" I call BULL! My van was $5,500, I paid $7,000 with the agreement that if get the alternator and the TV. Needless to say, I got neither. You shouldnt shop there bc all they care about is money, not customer satisfaction. I could have got them 10 sales by now but werent willing to budge on the things I was promised. So if youre looking for a car, and want a great salesman, go to Reality Auto bc Mike Thompson is now working there and he will do everything in his power to get you the vehicle of your dreams. They lost the best salesman they had over not wanting to make their own customer happy.... Figured youd want to know who and what youll be dealing with if you shop at Shans! Thanks again Fareed for being a complete jerk to me, and thank you Chris for strategically not ever getting back to me due to this matter... I will be posting this everywhere I can...

The car we wanted to test drive needed a jump and were told it was because "the car had been sitting for a while." Took it to a mechanic and the battery was nearly dead. Shan Auto will run your credit multiple times without your permission and we received about 10 follow up declination letters in the mail, impacting our credit -- your credit rating goes down every time your credit is run. The price you see on their website is the standard "get you in the door" price, so we ended up paying $2000 more than was advertised. The signing process was rushed and I declined to sign the blank papers that we were given to us by the salesperson. The owner stepped in and took care of it. We traded in an old car that had front tag bolts that were hard to get off. We were given the rear tag and was told "thats really all you need," with an excuse from the sales person saying that it would have to wait until Monday. I insisted on leaving with both plates -- MD MVA is strict about plate returns, and the owner kindly pulled them off of the car. We were not given directions as to who and where to send the car payment to. Got a good deal on a car and the owner was sincere, but really uncomfortable with the whole transaction with the sales persons.

I would like to say that I recieved phenomal service today here at SHAN AUTO! The owners there are about business and value their customers. From the moment you enter the facility they acknowledge you,get you comfortable & they are willing to work with you to accommodate you with your best interest at heart. Briscoe is the man to talk to about the cars, Winfield then comes in and work out all finances with you and last but not least Chris comes and seals the deal. They work with you in any aspect you could think of. 5 stars is a understatement more like 20⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I thought I had the best experience here. I was well taken care of and I thought I could honestly say I trusted this dealership. However, the service is terrible. The cars are NOT in good shape, they are extremely fraudulent. This was my first vehicle, therefore, I did not know the ins and outs of how to go out the process, what to look for and everything else regarding vehicles. I was lied to, and mislead, and since I already signed the paperwork it was nothing I could do about it. This is the worst dealership in Baltimore, DO NOT trust them with your money.

My experience at Shan Auto was amazing. Since I was a first time car buyer, Josh worked so hard to put me in a vehicle the same day. I received the car that I wanted and the payments that I wanted. They made me feel like family honestly. Most car dealerships just want to sell you anything but these guys are so sincere about getting you approved no matter what your credit is. Chris was amazing too with getting me approved on that auto loan. I love these guys and I plan on doing business with them in the future !!!

I dont like shan auto because I talk to a sale Person about trying to get a car and he wasnt Professional at all everytime I talk to him he will say Im going to call you back. He takes all my information and say I will call you back never did. I keep calling him he have known information for me and say I am going to call you back . 4 days later I call him still didnt tell me OK we cant help you or anything it just I will call you back soon. I feel like he take my information for his self
