If youre looking for a an excellent deal for either a new or used vehicle, then I would most certainly recommend Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. Earlier this month (December 2015), I damaged my 2010 Honda Civic into a minor fender-bender that rendered my vehicle a "total loss" by the insurance company. Thankfully I had GAP so my car was taken back, paid off, and I received the difference back of the cars cash value for which I paid. Needless to say with Christmas just around the corner, this was a severe mental and emotional blow to my holiday season. Getting to work over the following several weeks was quite the hassle because of this, not to mention having to look for a replacement vehicle in the meantime. Car site after car site had the same type of disappointing car selection after the other (based of course on my financial situation for finding a new vehicle for what I could afford) but it wasnt until I happened upon Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis that I found the perfect vehicle for me. I emailed their store on 12-28-2015 with a request to come in the following morning to test drive a 2013 Buick Verano (which is a REALLY nice AND affordable mid-size car by the way). I was unsure of when I would actually be able to make it in for the test drive yet I was set-up with their locations Internet Sales Director, Johnny Salinas, in case I came in earlier than planned. This of course turns out to have been the perfect fit for both parties involved. As it turns outs, Mr. Salinas is a USMC veteran (USMC Captain in fact) like my father (and Mr. Salinass father as it turns out), whereas I am a USAF veteran. Doing business with other veterans has always been a preference of mine, we tend to understand one another. In fact during the test drive we spoke sparingly of the vehicle (as I had pretty much made up my mind on buying it at that point but hadnt said anything yet) and instead spoke more on our military careers, where we were stationed, shared experiences in the military, etc. Its quite possibly the most relaxing and pleasantly informal (yet still professional) test drive I have ever had. Mr. Salinas went over all the details of the car while answering all of my questions. If there was something he wasnt familiar with (as I bought a Buick from a Lexus dealership, so its understandable), he found out and promptly came back with the answer. The car itself was in great shape and had less than 37,000 miles on it. Mr. Salinas made sure we went over the cars condition, history, and any concerns that I might have with it nevertheless in order to make sure I was fully satisfied with it - a honorable work trait I can assure you he built upon during his time in the USMC. The wait time for processing the vehicle was actually rather pleasant. There are plenty of comfortable black leather chairs, a snack bar, a little clothing shop featuring Lexus-brand apparel (the mens polos are actually pretty decent all things considered), and high-end massage chairs - yes, massage chairs. Once Mr. Salinas had my paperwork in order, he had me see the Finance Manager, Mrs. Shandrial Hudson. Shes very friendly. Normally this is the part where a car dealership will try to nickel & dime with you with a bunch of unnecessary add-ons that you never intended to get but that wasnt the case here. While Lexus will certainly offer you their various high-quality services you can get in addition to your vehicle purchase (this is a Lexus dealership after all, your buying quality vehicles), she did not however try to cram it down my throat or pressure me into getting it. Ive always hated that some dealerships do that but thankfully she does not. I think the entire process that morning took maybe around 2 hours or so. I would recommend Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis for your next vehicle purchase and while I cant speak of the other sales people there, I would most certainly recommend Johnny Salinas to help you with your vehicles purchase - especially for you Active Duty service members and Veterans, hes a honorable salesman.

I recently leased my 3rd Lexus from Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis and I was once again very impressed with my purchasing experience. My Sales Consultant, Kelly List was a true professional and was extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle we discussed as I debated over a few different styles. Ultimately I leased an ES350 as I loved the new design features and was attracted to the savings on fuel costs now that you can use reg non leaded gas. Thankfully Kelly pointed this out to me along with other potential $$ saving features. The test drive was educational and very thorough as Kelly went through the features and differences from my previous ES350 and answered every question I had. Her knowledge of the automobile and of the differences between the IS series, the ES series and the GS series was very impressive as I asked her numerous questions in my quest to settle on the best style for my driving needs and comfort. This is the 2nd car Kelly has consulted with me in the last several years in my process to own a Lexus. Her personality and thorough knowledge of the cars is one of the reasons I remain a returning customer to Sheehy. The support team she works with inside the dealership is by far the most impressive Ive ever enountered with a level of personlized attention rarely seen in the car business anymore This has kept me coming back to Sheey Lexus for over 5 years. The Sales Manager, Doug King who has remembered me by my first name since the 1st day I ever walked into that dealership over 5 years ago, provided outstanding support again (3rd time). He crunched some numbers, and made some allowances and along with Kelly, they were able to provide the right deal in the lease offering, providing me peace of mind in potential mileage and cost of ownership. He remains another big reason why I stay with this dealership. After we agreed to terms, I was turned over to another outstanding member of their team, Michele Mitchell, the Credit Manager, and she set my expectations for the short period of time the paperwork process would take in signing for the vehicle and going though the credit process. The Credit process is usually the most painful and time consuming part of a car purchasing/leasing experience but not at Sheehy. Michele was very personable and professional with a very quick, efficient and comfortable process. I was done and on my way in approximately 15 minutes as she promised. The Internet Sales Manager, Chris L. was asked to assist me with delivery of the car due to when i could pcik it up and he was great. Another outstanding experience, as Chris assisted me with basic understanding of where all the controls are located and basic set up of some of the Blue tooth functionality and varied Q&A. He was incredibly informative and provided great information on where to find additonal information should I ever need it. As stated earlier this was my 3rd lease and the people that manage this dealership (Paul & Jim) insure that their team provides outstanding levels of service and personalized attention. Their people show are professional, knowledgeable and display how much they value their relationship with you. As long as they remain consistent with this type of sevice, I will remain a loyal customer. Thanks Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Our 2003 RX330 was rear-ended and destroyed by a inattentive (to say the least) driver near Flint, MI in November 2011. We liked that car a lot and would have kept it for another 5 years, but I had been curious about the RX400h hybrid for a while, so, when we learned our RX330 would be a write-off, I did my research and then started a maximum distance search on Autotrader for a low miles, Certified, 2008 RX400h. We live in mid-Michigan, but I was game to go out as far as 500 miles. There were a few "hits" in Autotrader and one was at Sheehy Lexus in Annapolis. The car looked very good (only 18,000 miles) and I sent an e-mail asking about it and got a prompt reply from Chris List, their internet sales person. Thus began a very pleasant relationship with a very nice young gentleman...that culminated with us buying the car. Chris was very forthcoming from the start. He even did a walk-around and shot a video of the car that he posted on the internet when I asked him to describe all the imperfections of the car (all used cars have some, I just wanted to know what they were). Chris was always very prompt in getting answers to questions if he could not answer them immediately. He supplied a CarFax, of course. The car suited us well and we got together on price pretty quickly. I had a lot of confidence in Chris at that point, so instead of flying out and driving the car home, as I had planned to do, and had done in the past, I decided to just have it trucked to us without actually seeing it. Pretty big act of faith with a fairly expensive used car, but Chris just brought out that kind of trust in me. There followed a minor horror story because the highly rated broker I found and used missed the promised pick up date with the result that Sheehy Lexus had to store, what was by then, our car in their basement for a couple of weeks before it was finally picked up. Sheehy was very decent about this and I very much appreciate that. Once the car arrived, it was just like Chris said it would be with a few very minor "gotchas" that Chris quickly took care of. (We both learned a few things about the unexpected and surprising differences between RXs made in Japan and those made in Canada and that Lexus really should have put better 12v batteries in RX400hs.) Our experience with Sheehy Lexus and especially Chris List was absolutely first rate. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend both to a close friend and they will definitely be on my short list the next time I am looking for a Lexus. How about the car? Its my wifes new baby and she loves it! Does a nice job on mileage, too, now that the weather is warming up. We got 28 mpg on a 50 mile mixed highway/city outing this weekend. Not bad for such a heavy and tall car; thats well above the EPA estimates. Thanks a lot Chris! It was a pleasure dealing with you.
