I thought I was getting a reliable vehicle but 7 days after the purchase the check engine light is on, and a check at a local automotive store revealed transmission, engine issues among other mechanical. The return policy is only 5 days...how convenient. The warranty company and dealership could care less that I am unhappy with these issues that I am experiencing with the car. The burden is on me to pay for towing fees and pay for a rental. They dont care that I just paid for a down payment and that the purchase was made just 7 days ago. I should have just went to Carmax where I had purchsed my last vehicle. These folks only care about getting you to pay and sign into an agreement that has a very limited warranty and biweekly payments. They were very responsive when I needed help during the purchase but now that the purchase is sealed the customer service and experience no longer matters. If they want to become a reputable dealership they should takes steps to insure customer that they care about their needs. Selling a single mother a car with mechanical issues is NOT good business. Doing business with a warranty company that will only reimbursement customer expenses after they have paid even more money to fix a vehicle that obviously had mechanical issues when it was sold is NOT good business. And suggesting that I "be careful getting home" and "have a good day" does not help me when Im stranded and have no transportation. Beware of companies likes this because anyone can sell a lemon and shine it up but a dealiship will am sure that the customers needs are met and will not hang up the phone with an unsatisfied customer. I was advised by the dealership to contact the warranty comany who in turn advised me to contact the dealership who told me to call corporate . When I spoke with a "customer service" rep she advised me that there was nothing she could offer and I should speak with a customer relations agent and then transferred me to a sales rep who then transferred me to a "customer relationtons agent" who couldnt help me either and suggested that I contact the dealership location. Or take my car to one of the service centers located 20 minutes away from my location of course towing at my expense. The customer relations rep didnt even care to note that he was suggesting me to take my car to the service center location that was already closed for the evening. After this useless suggestions. I asked if there was a supervisor or someone else I could speak with and Aaron advised me that he was the only person that could "help me." This place is awful, save your time, your money and your efforts....go to a real car dealership where they stand behind their sales and offer customer service and a decent warranty. Although the staff was friendly at the store location this dealership has awful business practices and I would recommend them to take care of their clients not just during the sale but throughout the purchase term. It is sad that 7 days after a purchase I am not offered quality, convenient, and caring service. They take advantage of people who need transportation and basically dont show that the customer means anything except money. Google only allows a minimum of 1 star at this point this company deserves less than than that. Sadly enough I might be stuck with this mess. Hopefully the corporate office will see this review and attempt to make this right.

Sigh! Terry couldnt have been more professional he held my hand throughout the the entire process. I think that they could have been a little more flexible when it came to vehicle options. I only had 4 to choose from which I somewhat didnt have my sight set on. I applied online and for the vehicle I wanted I was approve and it gave me an estimate on a down payment. It was more like a guesstimate because my down payment was $4000 more than what it said online. This could be a misguided practice because if the computer online says 1 payment and I bring in that down payment you may want to work with that customer. I understand once your credit is checked you have your own bracket but my down payment for the vehicle I wanted was outrageously high. A customer should never have to put $7000 down for a car or SUV. Thats insane! The staff is great and friendly. To the Owner: I just purchased my vehicle if theres something that can be done to get me in the vehicle I wanted please contact me. I wanted to get into a Nissan Rogue or an SUV due to my back surgeries and I ended up with a Toyota Corolla. My down payment for any SUV would have been in the Low 7s which again is a bit high. I have 3 days left so call me asap if you can work something out with me to get me in a vehicle I need. THE PAPERWORK TOOK FOREVERRRRR

I have been looking for a vehicle for about 2 months.... I was searching all over allowing different places to access my credit just to tell me there was nothing they can do for me. I began to give up until I was told about drive time. Originally I was very hesitant to go in thinking again it would end in disappointment, but it ended being the best car purchasing experience I had. First of all my options are very limited due to my credit situation and I almost gave up thinking it was nothing else I can do But then I found the amazing DRIVETIME ***GLEN BURNIE***My words cant even justify how amazing they were. My sales advisor was Brianna she was very nice and helpful. The manager Terrell was superman in my eyes he made everything that I thought would go wrong right. They even gave me a ride to the MVA when I found out I had a flag on my license that would prevent me from getting my tags, then I met Julian he went over all the details and had me sign my finalize paperwork he was also awesome he made the paperwork process a breeze. My whole overall experience was great I would recommend them to anyone!!! I PERSONALLY had the best experience with Glen Burnie and I recommend going to them even if you have to drive the extra mile!!! Thank you drive time you truly do bring people and cars together!!!!

My boyfriend and I have been through hell and back looking for a used car...dealers always trying get one over on you, no patience and no professionalism whatsoever. It goes to be said that going to DriveTime was the best car buying experience anyone could have. Best Davis helped us from point a to point z. He was kind, patient, knowledgeable and all around the most helpful sales rep weve ever dealt with. He made us feel like we were his top priority from the second we walked in the door. The actual business itself, DriveTime, has the best deals and after purchase warranties in the market hands down. The way their computer system works with looking at cars that are your price range and what is available is the most convenient thing weve ever seen a dealership use and the sales manager, Tim Batts, was always on hand to answer any questions we might have, even though that wasnt completely necessary being as how Best was on point with everything. All in all, if all used car dealerships were like this one, people wouldnt dread looking for a car and would actually look forward to it. Thank you Best, Tim and DriveTime for making this the most awesome experience we could possibly have:)
