I have to edit this review because I came upon major issues with this place after I left with my new car. So I was told first I had a 6% interest rate, awesome!! I was happy! Then I go for a test drive, car drove great. I walk around the car looking at it and I notice 2 small dents in the door. They didnt want to fix it nor did they want to take anything off of the price for it. Wow, really?? Then when I go to sign papers it says 18% interest rate!! $418 monthly payments!!! What?!?! First of all, I SPECIFICALLY SAID I can not afford anything over $300 a month!! They said my payments wouldnt be over that at all. So you wait til you get me in a room by myself and keep saying "you can afford it! Yes you can!!" I kept saying no I really cant. This is too much. I told Elaine what I could afford. She didnt listen nor respect what my expectations were. So I sign the papers anyway being an idiot! I trade my car in which they put down as a $1500 trade in. I have the car one week. They call me and say I have to bring the car back!! That the bank didnt approve me. Are you kidding?? You had me SIGN A CONTRACT AND LET ME TAKE CAR HOME!! Then you want me to bring it back?? Wow!! So I come back in there and plead with them (which I shouldnt have had to do!! They are lucky I didnt get a lawyer involved!!) They say I need to give the car back and get another one thats older and one I didnt like at all! I just didnt love it. They said for me to keep the car I had, I needed to give them another $1000 PLUS my interest rate would go up to 24%!!! I knew this situation was just getting worse and worse. I didnt know what to do. Oh let me add, the car didnt come with a key fob. I had to go pay over $100 to have it made. Then I brought the receipt over to car center to get reimbursed because they said they would pay for it if I had one made, Nope!!! No reimbursement!! They are CROOKS!!! My advice...DONT EVER GO THERE AND IF YOU DO, DONT GO ALONE!! IF YOU ARE A WOMAN, TAKE A MAN OR SOMEONE WHO IS A GOOD NEGOTIATOR. DONT LET THESE PPL GET OVER ON YOU!! That was the biggest mistake I made was letting them tell me what I could afford and what I should do!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!! Oh and I was told for each person I referred I would get a $50 gas card! NOPE!! I referred 2 people and I didnt get a thing, and yes my family members told Elaine I referred them. I asked her about the gas card and she had a lame excuse.

BOUGHT A CAR HERE IN MARCH AND THE STUPID KEY DOESNT EVEN WORK, WHO HAS TIME TO GO AND WAIT AN HOUR OR TWO TO HAVE A NEW KEY PROGRAMED? I HAVE BEEN PUTTING UP WITH IT FOR MONTHS I HAVE TO PLAY WITH THE ELECTRONIC KEY (PUSH TO START) FOR MINUTES AT A TIME UNTIL IT FINALLY LETS ME TURN ON THE CAR. THE ENGINE STARTER ON THE KEY DOESNT WORK AT ALL AND IT MAJICALLY WORKED UNTIL I DROVE OFF. BILL TOLD ME HE WOULD REIMBURSE ME BUT I HAVENT HAD TIME TO GO DO THIS, NOW THE LAST TIME I SPOKE TO HIM HE TOLD ME TO GO PAY FOR IT AND HELL GET BACK TO ME ON PAYING ME BACK, HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO BELEIVE THAT? AND WHY SHOULD EVEN COME OUT OF MY POCKET IN THE FIRST PLACE? IM PISSED OFF AT THIS POINT BECUASE I SPENT ALL SUMMER IN A HOT ASS CAR BECUASE COME TO FIND OUT THE AC DONT EVEN WORK, BILL TOLD ME IT DID??? AND TO HAVE TO WAIT MINUTES IN A HOT ASS CAR WAITING FOR THE KEY TO WORK? SERIOUSLY? ON TOP OF THAT THEY FAILED TO SHOW ME THE MESSED UP RIGHT HAND MUFLER HAD BEEN MESSED UP BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER. I BOUGHT A 2013 NISSAN ALTIMA AND WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE NOR WILL I EVER RECOMEND TO ANYONE. IVE MADE SURE AND MADE IT CLEAR TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THIS MAYBE SOMETHING SMALL TO THEM BUT I HAD TO DEAL WITH THIS NOT THEM. (I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO LEAVE ONE STAR).

We were out "window" shopping today with the intent of only "looking". We had visited about 8 other used car/new car dealers before happening upon Car Center while driving down Ritchie Highway. What drew us in, was that they listed their car prices on their vehicles. We were very disappointed by all other dealers we had stopped in, because of the 8 we visited, only 1 other lot had prices listed on their vehicles. Upon exiting our car, Wayne Murphy cheerily greeted us, and introduced himself. He asked what we were looking for, and after telling him what we were searching for, he led us to a car in our price range. Hubby took it for a test drive, and really liked the car. We went in to office and where we were provided with the Carfax details, and answers to all of our questions. Our "window shopping" turned into purchasing the vehicle Wayne showed us. Wayne was a fantastic, non-pushy salesman who listened to our needs. He never tried to sell us more than we wanted! Everyone in the office was friendly, courteous and professional. From start to finish, the whole car buying process at Car Center lasted less than an hour and a half. Thank you Wayne for the great experience.

Car center was great thru everything until 3 months in ( my only option for a warranty was an extra 250 a month) my clutch gave up and now Im stuck with a 400 a month payment and a 1000 dollars in repairs and I was told by the manager they were not fixing it and he blamed me said I was Erving it and dropping the clutch which I have not done once and was on my way to one of my 2 jobs and this is a car I got as a life line for me and my mother and my only option now is to let the car sit keep paying for it until I can afford to fix it I will not deal with them again and mainly because both cars I got from them and these cars are 2012 and 13 with less then 80000 miles and have had nothing but problems they were great with the little problems but now something serious happens and he car is not drivable and they are out of it maybe I should have got a 3rd job and payed for the warranty and I will say before this I had given them 5 stars but it really got me when I was blamed for this happening on a car that in 3 months had the engine light off for a total for 5 days

I wanted to wait to leave a review in case I had any issues with my vehicle, luckily I have not! I originally came in on a friday to purchase a 2011 Liberty and worked out all the numbers with the very polite staff. I came back on Saturday morning per our agreements and they had just finished selling it to another person. Needless to say I was a little ticked off. The manager pulled me into the back and apologized for the miscommunication between salesman and said they would help me get a better vehicle. After a decent amount of time crunching numbers they were able to get me into a much newer 2016 Compass for nearly what I was currently paying. I was reading to rip them apart in the review, but they did everything needed to keep a customer. TL; DR: This team will do anything they can to make you a satisfied customer. I will be a repeat customer and highly encourage you to check them out.
