Absolutely fantastic dealership and wonderful owners. Let me start by saying I waited to write this review until the checks cleared, loans setup, tags, inspections, etc. and all the juggling went through with buying a vehicle out of state. We purchased 2 vehicles within 3 weeks and drove close to 70 trucks and approx. 12 Volkswagens to get what we wanted for me and my wife. Needless to say, the wife and I havent enjoyed a day off in a while. As you can imagine we have traveled 6 states and over 4000 miles to find what we wanted. Men take advice. If she aint happy... you aint happy. When we saw this dealership 2 hours away we left within 15 minutes. We know vehicles. We ran carfaxes. We did our homework. This car matched up. The price and value were there. We called and Bill answered. Said he had the car and he would make sure it was ready for us when we came. After gathering the kids to leave and plugging in the coordinates, Byron called. Said he would be waiting for us with the car ready to go when we got there. Explained it would take 2 hours and 5 minutes according to the GPS. We heard this story before. Almost 20 times out of the almost 100 visits around. 2 Hours and 7 minutes later we pulled into the lot. There was Byron. Standing next to the car in front of the showroom, keys at the ready with the car spotless. A quick few words and a copy of my license and we were off test driving. Their reconditioning department is absolutely awesome. For a used car you would never know it. We drove that car home that night. Everyone stayed late to make sure we were happy. They gave snacks to the kids and offered us drinks as we waited. They were hands down the best dealership I have ever worked with. We have owned so many cars over the years. We decided we wanted something that would last and hold value. Thats why we wanted a TDI Passat. Its the same reason I wanted a cummins. Now me and the wife are both happy. I wish we could have bought the truck there too. They were honest about everything. Byron was the kind of sales guy you want. He wont BS you. If the numbers dont work or you have concerns he will tell it like it is and fix what it is you want done. I know our diesels will last for a long time. We had financing before we got there. So I cant comment on that. But we will be back next time were looking for a vehicle. Friends, family, social media, and general word of mouth will make or break you. If others are reading this check them out. Reviews other places are all saying the same thing. - Im sure you guys will read this. Tell the gentleman with the hatch vw in the corner that we averaged 52.8mpg on the way home. Best is 53.2 on a 2.5 hour trip and 48.8 on the whole first tank. Car runs fantastic. Hope you guys had a great memorial day weekend. Thanks again!

Let me first say that this was my first ,in person, dealership experience in a long time...my last car purchase was via the internet, several states away, and was completed by email and fax in about 20 minutes...so I was a little hesitant to go the face to face, offer / counter offer / haggle route, especially since I had a late model trade in, which always seems to complicate the deal...but this dealer had the exact vehicle, exactly equipped, exactly as I wanted it...so, despite the fact that the dealership was about an hours drive away, I decided to take the plunge...and I am very glad that I did... From the very start (my sending an email inquiry, since it was Sunday, and they were closed), the staff was friendly, informative and professional. I received a call back Monday morning, and a follow-up email, both efficient, but not pushy...that is when I met Joe Elliott, my salesman...throughout the whole process, Joe was upfront, down to earth, and responsive to what I wanted...from our first phone conversation (when he physically inspected the vehicle, and answered all my questions on condition, options and wear), to the test drive, where he met me at my car, in the rain, with umbrella in hand, to the working out all the details of the deal, he was a complete pleasure to work with... Every phase of the purchase worked out very well...the vehicle I bought was priced at less than book value...I received a very fair offer on my trade...Travis (I assume the sales manager), in addition to being very knowledgeable, was able to offer an interest rate that was well below the "pre-approved financing rate" I had brought with me that day...and the extended warranty they offered was priced well below what I had been quoted from my own insurance company... No pressure, friendly environment, straightforward business practice...I am in a service business where I see the same clients every year, and I will gladly recommend Annapolis Car Center...the are definitely worth the drive...

This place had the make, model year, trim and most important color of the vehicle Ive been looking at for almost a year. Drove down from NJ for a tests drive. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the representative who knew I was coming. They allowed the family to go on a test drive without the hassle of the salesman in my ear. Loved that. Came back and figured the car was mine, just had to get to that price point where I can brag to my friends about the great deal I got. That did not happen. Seems as though the art of negotiating is lost with this dealership. For one I came very prepared. Knew the median price for the vehicle. Knew that it was already priced competitively, also knew I could get a lower price on the same vehicle in Jersey (different color). We sat down and talked, I saw where they were on the price and it pretty much went down hill from there. 1) They have a "reconditioning fee" of $1000.00. Being a USAA member it was knocked down to $500.00. Please note: THIS CHARGE IS BOGUS. Never heard of it before and I was honestly told that this was something that was created because of the internet (?!?). 2) They were only willing to deduct $250.00 more from their asking price, even after I showed proof of another dealer offering the same vehicle with less then 2K more miles for $3K less. Listen, Im all for companies making their money and I would never want to cut into a persons income, but we were separated by $4K. Going in my wife and I had a saying, "Came for the color, will leave for the price." So I ended up leaving for the price. Went to the Jersey dealership and purchased the vehicle I showed them. Total price after taxes was less then the asking price from Annapolis Car Center. Oh yeah and was not presented with a reconditioning fee. My point to those who read this review is pay attention and dont be scared to walk away. The

DEALER: 5 stars... CAR Condition: 3.75 stars. Positive experience, low pressure. Examples: Transported my old car back to my house for me so i could sell it myself and drive new one home. Did not care if i used their financing or not. (i did not). Gave a loaner while i took new ride back to them for a check engine light after buying. This was my first time buying from somewhere other than directly from an original manufacturer dealer.. Bought a gorgeous (rare?) athens blue Infiniti sport coupe, under60k miles and under bluebook value, ..later found out it was missing all 4 tire sensors and a bracket underneath which causes a rattle (i havent cared to invest anymore to fix these things. If I could do it again i would ask to have my own inspection done. (Inspections are done a few businesses down the road). Used cars never are perfect, dont expect that. Many cars here are near perfect body condition and still in factory warranty. Selection is top notch and again NOT a high pressure dealer, no grumpy faces, no demands, no arm twisting..(sign on the wall says no bull* zone). So ...I was honestly impressed but less than 100% happy just because i had to put $1000 into the car after buying (since dealer wouldnt handle what i needed, stating that previous owners had modified the exhaust system). Overall, satisfied and i would buy from here again.
