I usually dont write reviews but I had to on this place : Puchasing a vehicle from this dealership has been the worst car buying experience of my life ! I over heard a radio ad and knew going in that I had just had a total lost of a vehicle ( with no gap) but like the ad said" we give everyone a chance" (yes a chance to make it worst) . It was more about the sale then whats best for the customer. The financing wasnt finalized ( after running 20 hard credit check with 20 different banks)they had two finance companies call my phone claiming to be my new loan company. All the time never communicating with me on what the issues really were and having me come back and forward to glen burnie stating I had forgotten to file out form all along it was because they could get me financed instead of just saying that and they ran my credit for a personal loan I didnt okay them to do .Finally when I go to return the car and to get my refund of my money . I was told by Mike it would take a week but heres the kicker ; we spoke on the phone earlier that day before I went to the dealership that day ,never did he state it would take a week to process the refund . I stated why didnt you tell me that over the phone when I clearly stated I would be there around 530 that day he said" oh I didnt pay that no mind " (really ! Customer service goes a long way buddy ) then once I asked for something in writing that other than the receipts for my refund he stated" I dont know what you want me to write but believe me you will get your money because a thousand dollars I cant take no trips nowhere or it not going make or break me " . (Really sir did you just say that to a customer) . Thumbs

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My car buying nightmare started before I even got to the Glen Burnie location. I called and said Im coming to look at a specific truck and it was no problem. I get there the truck isnt there. I describe the vehicle to them and they stated they couldnt find it it so it must have sold. I showed the listing online and then he told me it was at the BelAir location which was 45 minutes away. I was willing to go to the other location but they wanted the sale and the salesmen, who was a child, tried to sell me other vehicles I wasnt interested in. He borderline insulted me a couple times. I wanted to request to speak to someone else but I had a feeling he was family. Sure enough, his dad was the manger and the other sales women was his dads girlfriend. He took down the wrong information and while I did buy the truck over 1.5 months ago I still havent received my tags. I call two weeks ago and I was instructed I needed to take it through Delaware inspection to get it tagged in DE, which no one informed me of. They had been trying to reach me but had the incorrect # because of the idiot salesmen (even though he used my cell phone to call his dad because he didnt have his own). Had he thought of that he could have gotten a hold of me. They didnt try very hard. Meanwhile my tags are now expired and they are unapologetic. There were many more things that upset me about this dealership I could go on and on. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

So I selected this dealership based off reviews here but I am now led to believe that they may be fake. I purchased a 2010 GMC terrain 3 weeks ago and upon buying noticed there were two big dents, so they decided to place it on the contract as an “I owe you” from them to me to repair it. So driving the next day I realize the rotors were warped so I called and told them this and “daryl” said that it is a safety issue and they would take care of it. Also the car started to stutter while driving so I check the oil and realize that there is no oil in it. Oil is a big deal so I went ahead and did oil change on it for them. Mind you this it has only been three weeks and the oil issue I noticed within a week. I have taken 3 Mondays off of work to drop my car off for the repairs 1st they said to show up when dent guy is there 2nd dent guy didn’t show up 3rd time I left my car and was promised a tune up, rotors and dents but only got a small dent fixed and nothing else. They are still saying that they are going to order the new hood where one of the dents are and it has been 3 weeks already. This is completely ridiculous as if my time is not valuable. I am taking it to a body shop to get an estimate and taking them to small claims court for that amount. As for the tune up and rotors I guess I am just going to bite the bullet and continue to warn others not to purchase a vehicle from Auto Showcase of Glen Burnie.

We had pretty much given up hope when me drove in to Auto Showcase of Glen Burnie. Weve all heard the horror stories when shopping for car. Right away though we knew things would be different. We were greeted by Mr. Armando Parker, who we would later find out is our new best friend, with a warm smile and an impressive hand shake. He asked us what we were looking for and gave us space to look around. During our test drive we made pleasant conversation and really got to know each other. Sitting in his office it was clear that Mr. Parker really was out for our best interest. In no time at all I was leaving with keys in my hand and feeling incredibly confident in the huge decision we just made. The next day, mind you we already had the car, we got a call that Mr Parker had found us yet other way to save money. I mean, who does that? Armando went above and beyond, even AFTER we had left the lot, to make sure we had the best experience one could hope to have when buying a car. These days its hard to give 5 stars to anyone or anything. If this site had 10 stars, we would find a way to give him 20. If you need a car Auto Showcase is the place and Mr. Armando Parker is your man. Thank you both.

One of the worst places in Maryland to buy a vehicle.Everything was all smiles when I was buying my car,but after they got my money it was no help what so ever.My car needed Brakes,Rotors,Calbiers,CV boots,Drive Belt and the dash board stop working.Within the first 2 weeks I brought the car.I had a certified dealer check out my car and then took everything back to them,Well first it took them 4 (Four) more weeks before they even looked at my car and then refuse to fix anything, mind you when I told them about the problems with the car it was still 30 days or 1000 miles which I was well under. Also my title says my was car was inspected the day I brought it, well no way that car passed inspection with those problems,Last but not least No one ever called me about my hard tags,I had to keep calling and going down there to ask about my hard tags, which I didnt even get til the week my temp tags was about to expire. So do yourself a big favor, save yourself a headache and the hassle DONT BUY FROM AUTO SHOWCASE,they dont do good businessSTAY A WAY.
