I dont buy cars very often because I keep them until they completely wear out. I finally bought a "new" used car from a dealer, and found out it was an Enterprise fleet vehicle. The experience through the car dealer was absolutely terrible!! They were pushy, rude, and the calls never stopped coming until I threatened them. Then, my car was totaled. After a month, I was thinking about getting another car. The rental agent from Enterprise asked if he could give my name to the Car Sales division, and I agreed. Within an hour, I got a call from Matt Legare, and his first question to me after he introduced himself was if I was ok from the accident.... then he suggested we come to see what they have to offer for a replacement vehicle. Needless to say, I was impressed. I stopped by after an appointment in the area, and Matt came out of the office, and introduced himself to me, and when I told him my name, he shook my hand, and asked again how I was fairing after the accident.... Ok, you arent the kind of car sales people that I have come to associate with the industry!! Long and short is that we now have another car, same model, 2 years newer, much better condition, and same price. And, the attention to detail, the directness, the friendliness of all the staff, not just Matt, was phenomenal!! These are the people I recommend to ANYONE who needs a car. No BS, just straight talk. Its not what youd expect from car sales people. And the manager Pete Ricardo Powell is the most professional person I think Ive dealt with in loooong time. Thanks guys!!!

The service here is good but the cars dont live up to the hype. I was told enterprise was the best when it came to buying cars. So I went. I had my down payment for a Nissan Versa. Everything was good until I took a test drive. The car sounded like it had problems. They take it to a mechanic and come back and said the noise I heard was the transmission and that its normal. This was a 2013. It was nothing normal about it. I told them I didnt want it. They offered to get another one sent to the lot and I could get that car. I woke up the next day and decided not to and got a car somewhere else. A better one with no down payment. I was disappointed that they were not living up to the expectations I had for them. They are just a ordinary car dealership nothing special. They offered me there worst car on the lot because of my credit. Nothing great about them

Great car buying experience with Bri, our sales rep and the entire sales office team! I found the car I wanted that was only 1yr old, with low mileage and at the right price! There was no haggling or need for long negotiations since the sticker prices are already competitively lower than any other place I looked. I was able to get a great trade in value for my vehicle. So, I put that towards a great maintenance service plan and taxes/title fees. The search inventory tool online allowed me to find what I was looking for and let my rep know ahead of time so that I could see those vehicles during my visit and go home with my new car that day! I am telling all my friends and will definitely be back to buy my husband his dream car, since mommy got the minivan this time around!

Dear Joel, I appreciate the customer service that you provided when I was buying a car, but once I bought the car thats where it ended. I am in love with my car, but not completely satisfied with my experience as a whole. I felt that my family and I connected with you during the car buying process, but once Enterprise got my money, I dont believe I received a courtesy phone call or anything. When I called you about an issue about my vehicle, you told me to bring it to the shop, you werent there to help me directly, which is fine, but you never called to see how things went. Would I recommend Enterprise Car Sales? YES! Ask for David Mercer, I guarantee great customer service beyond the car buying experience.

I was going to arrive after the store closed because I was confused on the store closure for Saturday. As we were rushing to get there I received a courtesy call from the manager who simply wanted to be sure I needed the van before leaving though the store was minutes from closing or had already closed. I was so impressed with the fact that he went beyond the standard to ensure my weekend was not ruined because of my lateness to his office. Thats what I call service! Thanks Enterprise! Youre obviously training your folks to go above and beyond in customer satisfaction! Kudos! Give that manager a raise!

Just around three weeks ago our family purchased a 2016 Nissan from this location. We were very pleased to find that the staff were professional and courteous. Both the interior and exterior of the vehicle itself were also in great condition. Our sales consultant was a very nice gentleman named Joshua Johnson who went above and beyond to make our car buying experience as stress free as possible! Questions were always answered in a timely fashion and any concerns we had were acknowledged and addressed. This was definitely an enjoyable car buying experience and would definitely recommend this business!

The experience of buying a car is generally not a fun time. Matt Legare (sales) and the Management (Pete Ricardo Powell) at enterprise Auto Sales made it smooth. Not only does Matt have amazing hair, he is a joy to deal with! He made the deal run like a clock and made buying my first car in many years a joy. Management (Pete) could not have been better. Their attention to detail and customer service was unmatched. Follow up was key in this deal and they both made me feel welcome, protected and covered. Thanks for a great deal and connection. I just brought my third car from Mark Taylor and I have never been happier. I purchased a Jaguar and the car is fabulous but the service that I received was even better. Mark hung in there with me over a course of two weeks while waiting to see if my stolen vehicle would be returned. Once I was approved for the new car their staff made sure that the car was inspected from top to bottom and detailed inside and out. I had a wonderful experience with the help of the friendly, competent staff. Sutanya was a very accommodating salesperson. She was well informed and offered sound, intelligent advice for a first time buyer. The same can be said of Latrice. She gave a friendly, realistic lecture about financing and credit. She was supportive and instructive and gave valuable advice. Most of my friends have cars, in fact many were upset I didnt consult them since they could get a reward for recommending me, but I would recommend this particular Enterprise sales office to anyone.
