My mother bought a 2006 Ford Taurus from them about a year ago. Less then a week later we had to take it back for repairs. Busted motor mount, parking brake would not hold and the outer CV Axle was bad. The older man said there was nothing wrong with the car and no work will be done. After proving the parts in question were bad and there was no way the car would pass inspection, he agreed to fix it. The inside and body of the car are great, but its a nightmare! About 2 months in, the transmission pan started leaking, $150 for that repair. Next, the rear wheel bearings went up, another $280 for those. Then the drivers side axle went bad, $180 for that repair. Next were the inner and outer tie rod ends, the drivers side was so bad, it was about two threads from loosing a wheel! That repair ran me $300 plus an alignment. And lastly, the transmission went up. And that will run $1400. And as you can guess, that car is now parked in my backyard. And now my Mother is paying for a car she can no longer drive. When we bought the car, it only had 86K miles on it. All these problems occurred in less then 6K miles. If I were you, I would stay far away from this place. The cars may look good, but underneath the fresh coat of wax, is a proverbial nightmare! The thing that bothered me the most is that all the cars were inspected at the same place, Midas on Richie Hwy. I sell auto parts for a living and know a lot of shops, and after talking with many ASE technicians at reputable service stations that are also state inspection stations, that car should have never been on the lot in the mechanical condition it was in. I know about buying used cars. And what your buying obviously isnt NEW, but USED. They might have minor, small mechanical issues that arent serious. And wont affect the drivability of the vehicle in an unsafe manor. Ive had nothing but used cars my whole life. And like to think I know what to look for when buying a used vehicle. But the system of state issued inspections is in place for a reason. To protect consumers against the problems I occurred. The biggest issue that disturbed me was the outer and inner tie rod ends. Please let me explain why this bothered me so much. The tie rod ends control the movement of the tires. When you turn the wheel, these are the components the move the wheel. If one of these parts is to break, or come loose, you would loose steering. And a wheel. So you could now imagine why this upset me so. Now, during a state inspection, they check these components for both wear and damage. And there supposed to replaced, if need be, and then re-inspected accordingly. This just leads me to wonder why or how they missed this? Some thing that is so important to safety. With the above being said, would you buy from a place like this? Now, I know what many of you are already thinking. "Its not the lot, its the inspection station." Yes, this may be true. In fact, I agree. But I elaborate, if the required inspection was done and all the systems that are required by the state checked accordingly. Why did something like this blatant disregard to safety overlooked? In conclusion to this rant by an angry consumer, what would make you think that any other of the vehicles on this lot safe? If you would like to make the dive, more power to you. But in all due honesty I would never refer anybody to this lot.

I was looking for an Acura TL for a while until I came across one at AG Auto Sales. It looked like a good car for a good price. Went to test drive it, and was greeted by Rayan (a salesman) who put a dealer tag on the car and let us test drive it. When we arrived back, he had a Carfax ready for us to see and was not pushy about us buying the car at all. We agreed on a price, and they let us take it to our mechanic to make sure there were no hidden defects. After finding a few minor flaws, they pleasantly agreed to fix them. Also, we found that the car needed a new timing belt. This is a very pricey expense. So, they took $200 more off of the price! They also installed a new battery for free! All in all, it has been a great car so far. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a quality used car. Rayan was a great salesman and helped us to get the best price possible and fix the things that needed repairing. Any problem that we ran into, the dealership solved for us. Thank you AG Auto!

Best experience ever with AG Auto Sales. Mid February I was in dire need of a car, my old car clunked out and i was one week in using a rental and the rate was killing me.I did some research and found this cool spot. I got to the place and the sales associate was very polite and attentive. i pointed out the car I was interested in and he was in excited to let me test drive it. Needless to say i drove off the lot with the car i wanted that very same day. A 2014 Nissan Altima 37,000 miles for 11,000 Flat i was so excited !!! during the whole process he reassured me of the paperwork and how the process works ( although I already Knew) this place is the best i highly recommend this dealership. if your looking for great customer service and a good deal Go to AG Auto Sales

Just be careful , the car I bought needed work done and I honestly feel like if your gonna buy a used car there is stuff you have to fix but not right away . & they should also let you know if the car is in bad shape . So I purchased a Honda and it needed a motor mount and 2 new tires . So with this being said I took the car back because I was told the noise is normal but the noise wasnt after all . If youre looking to buy a good used car I found the same one at star carz not too far from this one . Also unlike my other Honda star carz cleaned it well including the inside and tires . Ag auto sales feels like the cars are too cheap to give complimentary cleaning .

After a bad divorce and a victim of identity theft i went to AG auto sales bought a 2007 nissan altima at a great price and a low down payment. It was hard to choose a car because each car on their lot was in tip top shape. The car I choose was exceptionally clean and is great on gas. The best part of my buying experience was the customer service, Rayan was the best salesman i have ever dealt with. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a used, clean, affordable used car. Please go see Rayan his superb customer service skills will make you want to buy a car - thanks Rayan i love my Nissan!!!

I bought a car a few months ago for a great price!! I asked them to detail the car for me and they did it, & the best part was that they did it for free!! The staff was so polite & welcoming & answered all the questions I had. I even got a student discount cause Im only 18 years old & with tuition I couldnt afford to pay so much for my vehicle. I would definetely reccomend this to anyone whos trying to find a nice, clean, & amazing car!! I promise you that the minute you step into AG auto, theyll make you feel like youre at home. & you can make memories that you wont forget !
