My old car was totaled in an accident last Thursday and this was very unexpected and unfortunately my last dealership didnt tell me any about GAP insurance. After visiting multiple dealerships I was very disappointed in everything that I found because my car payment at this time is more important to me than the actual car because I am also trying to buy a home this year. I also am getting married at the end of this month so I had very limited funds at this time to put down on a new car. Sean Mason was recommended to on Facebook and after he knew everything and the disappointment and hardship that I was going through he went out of his way to help us. Sean introduced myself and my fiance to Josh and Mike. Both were equally amazing! Josh went out of his way to look into my issues I was having at other dealerships and after helping me find a beautiful brand new car the 2017 Camry that only cost me $4.50 more a month, Mike stayed after hours to go through every detail of my purchase and loan with a fine tooth comb to reassure everything was finally going to be okay and everything I was looking for in a car, payment, and experience wasnt too good to be true. They made an awesome team together, I never felt pressured and for once I felt as though someone was really considering my best interest over just another sale like every other dealership I visited over the last couple days! I will be coming back for business and referring my friends, family members, and co-workers to come to Bayside Toyota to work with Sean, Josh, and Mike every chance I get. They made my horrible situation turn out to be more of a blessing, I will forever be thankful!!!

I requested information about a 4 Runner Limited and they got right back to me with info about current vehicles in inventory and discounts available. They were not pushy and when I did go to the dealership to take test drive, we were introduced to Jimmy Williams "JW" and he was very knowledgeable about the questions I had and made the process very smooth and stress free. He made sure we received a fare Trade in value on my truck and they honored the deals they offered over the phone. Overall from first contact to keys in hand it was a great experience. Thanks JW!

Good environment friendly staff.... HOWEVER -brought car in for scheduled appt at 0800. For a problem that occurred last night, but could not hear it this morning. Explained this to the person at service desk who checked me in..... I did not want to waste my time or Toyota service. He said they would look at the car. At 10 am, 2 hours later, when I am there thinking they may have found something wrong, or at least put the car on a lift/in the repair center, I find out that they took it for a test drive and did not find anything.

Worst experience with a new car purchase. Plan to get ripped off royally. Salesman are sleezy and misrepresent NADA car values. My husband and I entered the dealership with a check and ready to purchase a new car. We decided to come here due to distance even though there were dealerships with much lower prices. Refused to give my husband who serves in the military the military discount. Disgusting treatment for someone who served our country. Needless to say we walked out with our check and no car.

Dishonest service. My family member has been a loyal customer for many years and had brakes done out of town and came in for her normal oilchange and check up and they told her she needed new brakes. She had no complaint about her brakes. And now she will not return to them. As I worked for them and since Kevin Murry the old service manager was fired they have gone down hill now they are just money hungrey. Thx for reading. TA.

I was recently looking for a used car and looked at Bayside Toyota. I worked with Patrick Matherne and Cindy Holcombe. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. There wasnt a lot of selection in my price range, so I ended up purchasing elsewhere, but they called me as they got trade ins in my price range and were very helpful without pressuring me into a sale that wasnt the perfect fit for me.

Mr. Connor addressed my concerns and handled the issue with professionalism and honesty. I truly appreciate Baysides approach to dealing with customer concerns. Chris Connor (from the Service Department) is easy to work with and has always been helpful and forthright.

My sales associate, Houstan, was absolutely the friendliest person Ive ever met. I honestly felt like Ive known him for years. We just talked and talked. I never once felt any pressure from him to buy the car which I liked and I felt very respected by him. I also felt respected by the rest of the team.

I will NEVER buy a car from Bayside again. The only time theyre nice to you is when they know theyre getting your money. The second you say youre not interested you get the cold shoulder. Being someone who has been in sales, I am appalled by the treatment Ive received (and on multiple occasions).

Went for service on the used Toyota I bought elsewhere- they patched the hole in my tire for FREE, no questions, no contracts. Comfortable quiet waiting area with TV, fireplace, outlets, workstation, kids play area. 5/5 will be coming back for all my service in the future!!
