Excellent Experience with this family owned business. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. My wife and I bought our 2009 Toyota Corolla from them and can not stress how good of an experience it was. They did not pressure us in any way and do not try to "upsell" you on a bunch of garbage products you do not need. I didnt even have to ask for a Car Fax Report, they already had one out and were excited about going over it with us. They really try to educate you on your purchase. We liked that aspect of things, so we purchased the car, that simple! We had already done our homework and shopped several dealers between Gloucester and Newport News, but found this to be the most relaxing atmosphere with the best price to do business with.
