I was looking for an old box 95-97 Ford diesel crew cab locally and couldnt find the right one at the right price (hot items in this area with the shale gas boom just south of town). I found one at Deer Park Automotive on the internet, but was hesitant because it was so far away. I spoke with Mike and Art a few times and decided to take a chance. We worked the deal over the internet and the phone, and they were very helpful. My wife and I flew out to Virginia to get the truck and drive it to Texas. Mike met us at the airport in the truck and drove us back to the dealership. I have to say, the vehicle was better than I expected, and it made it through the 1,500 mile trip without a single issue. Everyone that worked there was very friendly, and I only wish they were a little closer to me so I could shop their inventory more often. Sure appreciate all they did for us, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle at a fair price.

Saturday, January 28, 2017, we went to Deer Park Auto to purchase a car for our 16 year old daughter. Mike was our sales rep. Our daughter liked a 2008 Chrysler PT Cruiser that was on the lot. We test drove the car and decided to purchase. Mike disclosed to us that the car had been in a front end collision but that everything was fine with the car. I took the car to our regular repair shop and, sure enough, the car checked out just fine. The car had some paint peeling on the back bumper. Mike said to bring the car by on a day when the outside temperature was above 60 degrees and they would sand and paint the bumper at no charge. A few weeks later, we brought the car back for paint, and Mike honored his word. We are very pleased with the dealership and will buy another car from Deer Park Auto in the future. EXCELLENT!! Finally found a car dealership with a no stress buying experience. Our son found a truck he liked Mike had for sale so, this being his first vehicle purchase, the wife and I flew up to make sure he didnt get ripped off. No worries there. Shortly after meeting Mike we realized he ran a no pressure dealership. He even suggested we "sleep on it" which we did, and returned the next day to make the purchase. I called about a car I was told that it had no problems with it than I get there and the car was in bad Conditions the paint was coming off all over so the pic online where not right and the big thing was the check engine light was on but it was covered up so we where lied to as well
