EXCELLENT CARS & SERVICE: Well Im going to be very honest with my experience with Premier Auto Sales I absolutely love it there the atmosphere is very welcoming and warming there Brian and his wife Kelly are such very wonderful people I am on my second car with them they have been there with me every step of the way even as my family got bigger they helped me with purchasing a bigger family car and a few things that I like about them are they work with you they walk you through everything they make you feel comfortable as if your family theyre very much honest and if there is a car that you want ( that is not on their car lot) , youre able to request it and they will get it for you Asap and let you know when it arrives. and another big plus is that you do not have to pay your bill in person they allow you to do so over the phone which is a really big Time Saver. Also if you ever have an issue of any sort they make it their duty to fix it and make it right. like I said I absolutely love it there and you will too! my whole family uses this dealership because theyre just wonderful. I can say I am very proud to be a part of the Premier Family and just to think I was a sceptic at first just like you! sorry that this is so long but I could definitely go on and on about this place but Ill just leave it at this I love you guys and thank you so much for your service you all are truly awesome Brian and Kelly.

I visited the premier auto sales lot many times just looking at their vehicles and nervous because I had never purchased a car at a buy here pay here car lot. I was riding in a 20 year old car that was starting to cost me a lot to keep it running, but it was serving its purpose. Whenever I stopped by I was greeted each time by Rick who was so helpful. I was so undecided if it was the right time to try and get a car, being I didnt have car payments on my hoopty and I didnt think I could afford one not having the best credit. Tax time came and I stopped by one more time and I saw this 2002 Acura rl that was just screaming at me... Buy me! It was the color I wanted and a four door which I needed because Im 6ft tall lol. Rick n I went on a test drive and I had to have it! Im happy to say Ive had no problems with my car and now Ive only got 1 and a half payments left as of Today!! The Title is coming soon! Its been a pleasure doing business with the entire Premier Auto Sales family.. Down to their cute little doggy! When the time comes for me to look for another car, I wont hesitate to visit their lot again, and again and Im sure the next experience will also be a Great One!!! Happy Holidays!!!

I believe ive been a customer since 2014...before i met Bryan.. i was very sceptic about purchasing a car from off the highway car dealers...cause they really no how to screw you....but i must say this man is the exception to that belief...he has always been honest to me ..i believe...very understanding when i had late payments...which was few...never at no time...stated to me..that because..my car was paid for...he would not service me...ive been having some problems with my 2000 maxima..Bryan n his team has been their for me at all times...his prices to fix my car is fare.. n his guarantee is real....i would recommend PREMIERE AUTO SALES to any n everyone that inquiring about a car before a big name car dealership....BECAUSE BRYAN (his wife)KELLY N THE PREMIERE AUTO FAMILY REALLY DO CARE...WILLING N WANTING TO KEEP THEIR CUSTOMER SATISFIED AT ALL TIMES...BY ANY MEANS...JUST SAYING...BECAUSE ITS .....TRUE!!!!

No integrity! Before leaving a deposit the first I asked was for a Carfax. Brian the owner pulled it up on his phone ...I asked if there were any acvidents or if the airbag was deployed. He said airbag never deployed. I get home and check on my own... First thing it says is the airbags had been deployed. I go to the dealer s couple days later and advise his wife who works there he was dishonest and I wanted to know if they would have a mechanic check to make sure the airbags are fine before I complete the purchase. Rather than wanted to do GOOD business he tells her via phone to refund our deposit and not sell to us... So rather than simply owning up to your lying and making sure the bags work right youd rather cop out... Im sure you and your 6 maybe working cars you have on your lot will be in business for a long time... NOT!

Sold me a car with roaches in it they sprayed it with roach spray before purchase and would not give me my money back then tried to lie about after that they swapped my mom into a car they smelled of mildew abd has a billion onstar error codes only to find out it was a flood car and had a blown head gasket caseys certified they lied car returned second day without any thing in the car and the last car had mildew everywhere cant make someone happy that got a car from hall Acura right after scammed me so look who is bitter not me then lie in the response dont even know which customer I am because youre scamming everyone no I dont have bugs in my home you can come search now you on the other hand have them in your nasty sales building

My experience with premier auto sales has been awesome. This is my 3rd car that I financed from them and the business has been great. Brian is an excellent owner and car salesman. Kelly is very good at what she does. She shows a lot of love and makes you feel like family. Lynn is a very cool guy. He is good at helping you find the perfect car for yourself. Dwyane is one of the best mechanics in town. He is very good at working on cars. I recommend premier auto sales to any and everyone. If something happens to this car. I will be back to get another one. Premier Auto Sales. They are the best around!!

First time financing and got great service. If you ever want to buy or finance premier auto is the place to go. . .
