I purchased my new Speed Triple R (SPTR) from Manayunk Triumph about a month ago and I am very satisfied with the complete buying experience. I waited to write this review until after the first service was completed because I wanted to rate my entire experience from sales to service. I can not be happier with my purchase. Lets start with Vince who sold me the bike. Vince was able to answer every question I had about the SPTR and every other motorcycle in the shop. I had gone to several other dealerships looking at different motorcycles from Harley Davidsons and Indians to Japanese brand bikes, and not one of them compared to how easy it was for me to spend my money at the Manayunk Triumph. This buying experience was leaps and bounds above my last motorcycle purchase of a 2006 Hayabusa from a dealership that I wont even mention the name to anyone anymore because I dont even want people to know about that particular dealership. Not the case with Manayunk Triumph, I have already told several friends about the dealership and I know I will be walking them through the door of Manayunk Triumph within the next year, and to be clear I will be going so that I have an excuse to shake hands with everyone there again. On to the service and parts department. After two weeks of bad weather and sporadic riding days, I had put enough miles on the SPTR for its first service. This is the most important service any vehicle can have as most problems will occur in this time period. I brought my SPTR in on a rainy Saturday for the first service and they were able to service the bike in no time. I had some questions and concerns that I brought to the table and they were able to show me what was happening and why I was experiencing certain things. To be clear I have never owned a bike with abs and floating rotors before and the extra noises were all part of the mechanics of the new systems that I was not used to. While I was waiting, as it was raining and I didnt feel like taking in some of the local scenery and walking down main street, I decided to sit around and just relax in the dealership and in between customers the staff including Vince and Jake came over to sit and just shoot the breeze with me where most dealerships would have come over asked me "Can I help you find something?" and walked away if saying anything to me at all (That is actually what happened at another dealership). Overall I cant say enough good things about buying my bike from them, the best I can say is see for yourself. They are a great group of guys and I have never had a buying experience for a vehicle this smooth before and when I am ready for my next motorcycle I will be returning to them.

Im a new rider, just took my first motorcycle class, and was excited to start shopping for a new bike. I went to a Harley dealership first, and they made feel like an outsider. When I told them I was a first time rider, they kind of scoffed at me. And most of the bikes were bulky and cheesy, honestly. So I started looking around some more and stumbled on Triumph. Walked into the store in Manayunk to check out the bikes. Howard and Vince were incredible. Howard must have sat me on 10 bikes, so I could get a feel for the difference. Not once did I feel pressure to buy, nor did I feel like a second class citizen for never having ridden before. I was there for 3.5 hours, and they took time to answer all my questions. By the end I had fallen for the 2017 Triumph Bonneville T120. What a bike! Im embarrassed I even considered buying a Harley. This bike is perfect. Everything I was looking for and more. Perfect size, great power, and looks sexy as all hell. And the owner John had it dropped off at my house in Lancaster, PA which is an hour and a half away, since I wasnt comfortable riding yet. All in all great service here. Normally I would shop around and haggle between dealerships, but because the customer service was so good here, I wanted to buy the bike from these guys. Highly recommended. Buy a Triumph.

I was looking for my first bike, and went to a few other dealerships in the area and felt too much pressure. I saw a used Triumph Speedmaster on Triumph Philas website, and went in to check it out. Howard and Vince made the experience very pleasant. Howard showed me the bike I was looking for, and gave me the rundown on what was different between this bike and the Americas, as well as what the differences were between different years the bike was released. He took the time to show me everything on the bike and gave me a bunch of tips since I was a new rider. It was clear he has a lot of experience riding. He talked to me not like a salesman, but as someone who just loves motorcycles. There was never any pressure to buy, I actually had to ask him to run the numbers with me, not the other way around. After helping me get insurance and getting all the information needed from me to be able to go and do the title paperwork, Vince said I could pick it up in a couple days. During that time, they made sure to go over the bike, tighten up the chain and change the oil so I didnt have to worry about anything. Overall, the experience here was wonderful. These guys are awesome and I will be back for all my service and whenever I decide to upgrade to my next bike. Highly recommended.

My local Triumph dealer didnt have a part I needed, so I called Manayunk Triumph since it was only one state away and I figured Id get the part in one business day. Spoke to Jake on the phone, who had the part in stock and was super friendly and accommodating the whole time. I explained how I was hoping to get the replacement by the weekend, so he said hed try to catch the UPS guy before the end of the day. Jake got my part packaged and into the hands of the UPS driver within minutes, even going so far as to send me the tracking number in an email just to be thorough. And this was all for a $20 order! That, to me, is the important part. I was not a returning customer or even looking at bikes at all. Jake still was totally professional and courteous and made me feel extremely comfortable talking to him. None of that hassled attitude a lot of service departments will give you. Thanks again, I wouldnt hesitate to send anyone here. Will have to stop by the showroom next time Im in town.

Stellar service, superb work quality and and an all around outstanding team qualify Triumph of Philadelphia as the finest motorcycle dealership i have ever dealt with in my 52 years of motorcycling. i suffered a significant accident on Memorial Day of 2016 and both Vince "The Prince" Boffa in the front of the house and Tom "The Bomb" Swan in the back of the house treated my badly banged up Rocket III as if it was their very own ride. They very patiently and professionally worked with my insurance carrier, Triumph corporate and me - a very tough and discerning customer - to ensure that the end result was total and complete satisfaction. Special thanks to the dealerships owner, John Godsey, for leading by example and putting together a staff at Triumph Philadelphia that made me not only a happy customer, but feeling like a part of their "family". Well done, guys! I cant recommend your agency highly enough. Thanks for the VIP treatment.
