My girlfriend purchased a helmet from them and she wanted the adult small and the sales girl said she need a kids large. My girlfriend not knowing how to be fitted for a helmet took the womans advice even after telling the sales woman that it was very tight. She had it on for about an hour and it hurt her so bad I had to pull over and change her helmet back to her old one. My friends girlfriend was was with us as my friend and I where shopping in the store. We bought a few other things as well. My friends girlfriend heard my girlfriend tell the sales lady that the helmet was tight but the sales woman told her it would be fine. I have called to try and get a replacement and they are now telling me it is against the law to return a helmet even after they had me ship it back the helmet was shipped back in perfect condition and they claim there is a scratch on it. It was the display model and it may of had a slight mark on it but no scratch anywhere. Now they are telling me I have to come and pick it up. They wont even return it to me. The person claiming to be the owner told my friends girlfriend to shut up over the phone when she called in to try and help resolve the problem. I have owned over 10 HDs love all the dealers but will NEVER step foot in this place again. I would give 0 stars if I could.

The dealership is premier. They gave me a super deal on a month old Low Rider that no one Harley dealer would touch....they did this all over the phone. Since my previous experience with Bergen County (THE WORST DEALERSHIP ON THE EAST COAST...BUYER BEWARE OF THEM!!) was negative, I was a bit leery, however, Williams sent me the dealer price invoice and it was spot on. All the sales people were super friendly, not pushy and went the extra mile and even delivered my bike to my home in Staten Island. Additionally, their service is excellent too...I deal with Mike Ham and he has been everything you want in a service manager. He is honest, friendly and always accommodates my needs. One thing I do wish s a better stock of parts...but then again, its not the end of the world. They get the parts in a day or two, but call head. I will follow up if I ever have a bad experience...so far, nothing but 5 starts!!

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff who actually care to give you a great experience everytime you go in there. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Williams HD and never once felt ripped off or taken advantage of like many other dealerships out there. From the minute i walked in there i felt welcomed and accommodated. You know the staff are all good people when u can go back there months later and they remember your name and face. Williams HD is a little over an hour ride from my house but i will continue to do business with these people and it is well worth the drive from me. I can assure you, you will not be disappointed with this dealership.

So I went in on a Saturday. Was not that busy in there. For the 45 minutes I was in there looking at bikes, not once did a sales person approach me to see if I needed help. I thought I would give it a chance since they had a decent selection of used bikes. I did find a few bikes I was interested in, but since no one even bothered to help me, they lost a sale. I was looking to buy and they just did not seem to want to sell me a bike. If you want to go look at bikes with no sales people even paying you any mind, than go here. If you want to buy a bike do not go here, because apparently there sales people do not feel they need to help customers.

My great experience, I would love to tell everyone about my experience with this dealership.For starters i live in Morris County,about 15 minutes from another Harley Dealer.I was in a jam needed a part. My local dealer told me 10 days.After a friend recommended call Williams.They over nighted the part for me and got it 1 day earlier then they thought they would.You have gained a customer for life Williams H-D.I will highly recommed you to everyone i talk to. Jay and Mike were the best dealer staff ever. I just bought my 2015 Road King and they gave me a great price, a fair value on my trade in and went the extra mile. Ive owned MANY bikes including multiple HDs but this was my first brand new one and they made it special. I have to admit I did shop the bike but came here last. I should have came here first. I was treated great and respectfully. I have no reason to shop anywhere else. Gentlemen - job well done! Thank you!

Excellent group of people at this dealership. Service is prompt and everything is explained concisely. Parts department personel always get it right and again, explain everything you need to order to make it work. Clothing and accesories are well laid out and personel always tell me whats coming in next and what to look for. Always an enjoyable visit.

Shraims academy

It is the only Harley dealer for miles in every direction. They have a decent number of bikes and great service and lets department. They also have appare shop and carry a good variety of jackets, shirts l, boots and other Harley clothes. I purchased both my bikes from them and I am very happy with their service and attention to customers needs.

Picked up a 2016 Iron 883 from these guys. Mike Meys was my salesman and he was fantastic. He also personally delivered the bike to my house which was pretty awesome as well. Smooth transaction, no hoops to jump through, and they tossed in a sweet HD hardhat for my kiddo. Excellent experience.

The sales staff is always helpful no pressure they are there if you ask, its not a car dealer parts guys go out on the floor and help too.
