First off, this was my first new bike purchase. Ive purchased many a new car but now it was time for a bike. My salesman was decent enough. He was pleasant and likeable and left me alone with enough time to decide on which bike I wanted. When it came to decide on some accessories though, he left me alone at the parts counter where a saleman threw open this 10" thick book and walked away. I had no idea what I was looking at or how to decide on which would best suit my needs. I wound up just walking away. My saleman eventually helped me choose what I needed. When it came to discuss the financing though, the F&I department wound up adding in additional aftersale options without once discussing them with me and asking if I was even interested in purchasing them. GAP insurance, Extended Warranty, etc. They just said your payment is going to be $$ a month. I had to ask to see the finance screen to see what I was being charged for. Very unprofessional. You dont just charge a customer for finance options without at least discussing them first. Lastly, maybe because I was over-excited to get my bike, but I was dissapointed in the lack of communication and follow-up after my purchase. Maybe I misunderstood my salesman when I bought the bike, but I shouldnt have had to call the dealer multiple times to find out when my bike was being delivered. I know I was waiting for an accessory but I still believe that it is the dealers responsibility to follow up with the customer and not the other way around. But in the end, my salesman did come through and deliver and the driver who wound up delivering my bike was outstanding. He spent a lot of time with me going over the bike and was really very helpful. Excellent work there.

I have a Yamaha jet ski which was purchased from DHY in 2004 and serviced every year for summer and winterization EXCEPT the beginning of this summer. Of course the first time I ran it there was an overheating problem. I was stranded in the river for a while despite several attempts to let the motor cool down and hopefully clear. Yes, I did make sure the intake was clear! Called DHY for a service appointment and knew with the 4th of July one week away they would be busy. They were. Took the ski to the shop the beginning of the week, holiday started on Friday. Don in the service department said it would be looked at the day of the appointment, and it was. The ski needed a new thermostat which had to be ordered. It arrived as promised and the work was completed as promised. They folks in service knew it meant a lot to me having the ski for the holiday. They were sincere, courteous and professional. Yes I know almost everyone has horror stories about ANY dealership, but for all the years I have been doing business with them I have always been treated well can charged reasonably for the service they provide. I have told other people about DHY, they have gone there purchased skis and cycles and had a positive experience as well.

I was shopping around for two bikes and left messages for both Becky and Bill. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They said they would call me back with a quote (as I live over 2 hours away and cannot just drive there for a quote) and they never called me back! I had to call them back several times to get a quote! To top it off, I was looking for a CBR250 and a CBR600 in black and the website had sale prices. When they gave me the quote, it was more than the price listed on the website! They said it was "the best they could do" but apparently not! The total for the bikes I wanted according to the website was $13,649 but they told me $14,485 before taxes, tags, dealer fees, etc. Then I said it was out of my price range and they knocked off only $100. What an insult! Not only did they give me a price that was more than what their site listed for but only $100? Seriously? I had my boyfriend call them to talk to them about the pricing issue, Bill said he would call him back and never did! NOT PROFESSIONAL! Awful experience and I hadnt even stepped in the place yet.

I am 100% pleased with my experience at DHY. From being greeted at the door, all the way through till I left with gear and after purchasing my first bike. I wanna give a shout out to these 3 awesome people that helped give me this amazing memory, my awesome salesman Nike Morgan! He went over everything about the bike and things I need to pay attention and just went over everything I should know as a first owner. Hes an awesome dude and definitely knows his stuff. Then we got the lovely Jenn Gendaszek who helped me figure out all my financing options, interests rates and helped me set up my insurance. Finally we got Tom E "BOOOOOM" Abaldo who set me up with killer gear to help me stay safe out there on the road. This man knows his stuff! I asked a question and he knew exactly what I needed with out even thinking about it. Over all, I had no issues purchasing my bike from DHY and will definitely be returning!

I’m not sure where to begin… I normally go to the Atlantic City Boat Show every year just to look at everything and say to myself, “One of these days I will treat myself.” After some time and careful consideration, by time and careful consideration I mean like 15 minutes of talking to Chris, I made up my mind that it was time to purchase my new toy! Chris was very knowledgeable about the different models that I was looking at and was able to help me every step of the way! I decided to go with the 2016 Yamaha Wave Runner FX Cruiser SVHO, man what a great decision that was. While taking delivery of my new toy, he was able to help me pick out all of the necessities from riding gear, ropes, and anchors etc. to products that would help protect my investment. Chris was awesome I would recommend him to anybody that is looking for a new motorcycle or water craft! Thank you again for everything!

DHY is an awesome dealer. The building is beautiful the selection of parts and toys is great as well. The guys in service are knowledgeable and helpfull whenever i have dumb questions they answer them. The guys and girls in sales are great and their service always makes me want to return to buy more. I have bough tons of gear here just because of how impressed with the sales staff i was and the selection you cant beat! Only downfall i have to agree with the guy above...parts people are rude and give simplistic answeres and dont seem very knowledgeable. Half the time i had to explain what the parts are numerous times so i gave up on the parts area. The rest of this place i love its like an outdoor toy store for adults!
