I purchased a Can Am Outlander L last year from Chuck and wasnt impressed with the buying experience. I was under the impression that it came with a warranty to find out at the last second that it didnt. I expressed my concern to Chuck in an email to which he became very defensive and argumentative. I ended up going through BRP to get what I deserved simply because Chuck was too difficult to work with. Recently, I thought I would give them another chance and have my ATV serviced there. It took 3 weeks to get the oil changed and a part fixed. BRP sent me a survey about my experience, which I filled out. Within 30 minutes of filling out the survey, Chuck called me and engaged in an argument with me about my answers. Because he didnt like my responses, he told me to "take my business elsewhere". I was completely shocked! Simply for answering a survey honestly, I was being kicked out of his business. What kind of a business owner does that? He made no attempt to reconcile or keep me as a customer, just simply got rid of me. If everything goes his way, he is a great guy, but the minute you have a problem his true colors shine through. I suppose the moral of this experience is that you better appease Chuck or he will kick you out of his store!

I went to East Coast Cycle Center at 2800 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020 which is closer to me with a check to purchase a Can Am Spyder and had the worst experience ever that I almost didnt purchase a Spyder at all. They were rude to me and my company, did not explain anything about the bike unless I asked questions and kept asking how I was going to pay for the Can Am constantly trying to get me to purchase a used one because "I just couldnt afford a new one." I was outraged & couldnt believe a place like this could be in business. I searched online and found Smith Marine & theres no comparison between the two. Smith Marine is a true family business & heard about our experience at East Coast Cycle Center & I quickly learned I wasnt alone. Everyone that gets mistreated leaves & goes to Smith Marine to purchase a Can Am. I would definitely return to Smith Marine & have recommended them to all my co-workers who are now interested in a Can Am Spyder of their own. Thanks again Chuck.

Went to smith marine to check out a new spyder F3 and was greeted by Chuck. Let me tell you after a bad experience where I was taken advantage of by another dealer it was a welcome change to be treated so kindly. Chuck took me out for a test ride and I was hooked , he made my trade in seamless and got me everything I wanted on the new bike. He went above and beyond on several different levels at no profit to him he fought to get me the best deal with the right financing and even saved me money on my insurance! Everything was spelled out and explained from the get go and I couldnt have had a better buying experience. Both Chuck and Jack were phenomenal on every level and I recommend them highly if your in the market for a motorcycle etc... thanks again guys!!!

Recently purchased a used ATV. I spoke with both Chuck and Jack. They were excellent. Informative, courteous, and took the time to answer all my questions. Much better experience than other local Can-am dealers I spoke with. The delivery was easy, they went through all operations and didnt move forward until we understood what they were reviewing. They even made me an extra key with no hassle or charges. I went to about 7 ATV dealers in the last week and Smith was by far the best experience I had from all of them. I hope the future relationship is just as good. Edited to add: I purchased a second ATV from them. Very good to deal with. You wont be disappointed.

I had been looking for a CanAm Spyder for 2 years. I visited numerous dealers, only to be told they could not offer me a test drive, or to be totally ignored. After emailing Smith Marine for information and a quote, I received a prompt, detailed response from Chuck. After several back and forth emails, my husband and I made the hour long trip to Smith Marine. I was thrilled! No sales hype, no gimmicks. First words "Have you ridden one yet? Do you want to?" Loved it, bought it. Financing was a breeze. The bike was delivered to me the next day. I very highly recommend Smith Marine. This was hands down the best buying experience I have ever had!

Just bought a new Spyder RT Limited. Did the whole deal long distance via e-mail and phone. Chuck was great to work with. Price-wise, he beat all the dealers in my local area and made it worth my drive. When I went to pick it up bike, I didnt "surprise" them like some dealers they had everything ready. I even asked for a couple of personalized things, hook up battery tender, set up GPS, etc. and all was done and waiting for me. No haggling. They gave me a full orientation and didnt "rush" through it, answered all my questions.

Had a trailer repaired here. May have been the best automotive repair experience I have ever had. The technician Sean was incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. All of the staff was extremely friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. Will definitely bring the trailer here anytime Im within 200 miles.

I was a new customer and first bought a Can-Am side by side which is awesome my kid loves it. I was so happy with the way they handle our business I went back a brought a 16 ft trailer and then we just got the 2017 850 Renegade. Chuck and Jack are awesome people. Very friendly team. Finished the work when they said they would, and called me right away to let me know. They also seem to have done an excellent repair job. Their store has quite a bit of seadoo, ATV, and motorcycle (3-wheeled) gear.
