I purchased a set of Cobra triflows for a 2016 vaquero. when they did arrive they looked pretty darn good and they sounded awesome. However we have a 12 mile test route and after 12 miles they were already blowing some packing out no big deal ,easy fix.I just cut off the pcking that was sticking out. However after the pipes cooled down little dents showed up. When I talked to west end they said contact Cobra.( I expect any warranty issues to be handled by the company I bought a product from !!!) So I did contact cobra they did not want to do anything, so on my own dime I sent them the pipes . there reply those are normal marks from the machine process. If thats so why can you only see them on the right pipe and why did it show up only after being warmed up and cooled off 1 time. They sent the pipes back again on my dime, they fixed NOTHING !!! Oh they did add a few minor scratches in the chrome.

I have placed 2 orders in the past few months. Both times the representatives were incredibly helpful with making sure I ordered the right parts and accessories for my bike, and helping me track the order. I was also impressed with how quickly my orders arrived. In one case it was less than 48 hours after I placed the order. I have recommended West End Motorsports to all of my riding buddies. This place is seriously top-notch.

Product receive as order and in time..and nothing to say about that....BUT.... If you are from Canada do not shop over there...At the end with the USPS Freight, custom and taxes.... That nobody a the service advise will be add... your cost of the product will be more of 62% in Canadian.... Next time by from Canada.. $ 817 US for $ 1330.00......not worded to shop in US...

I purchased a battery (for my Harley) from them, they sold me the wrong battery, when I tried to return it, they gave me the run around and then refused to take it back, do not use them they are a bunch of crooks
