I purchased a scooter from Muller Suzki and was extremely dissatisfied with my experience to say the least. I am from Delware (3 hours from Muller Suzuki) and found the bike on Craigslist. We had agreed that I would purchase the bike as well as pay an extra 200 dollars for a delivery fee. The bike was purchased on a Saturday they said it would be delivered by Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and no bike. He then said he was busy hed bring it Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and no bike. I texted Mike Frace, who I was dealing with throughout the purchase, and he said they were busy and hed try to get it to me by Friday. I told him please make sure it is here by Friday. Finally Friday the bike arrived, no shock, the owners manual that he said would be under the seat was no where to be found. I asked when I would get the title, he said "it isnt ready yet, should be done around Wednesday next week". Wednesday came, no surprise, the title still had not arrived. I contacted him Thursday asking when I should expect it. He said "we just got it done today. Itll be on your door step tomorrow". Sure enough the next day which was Friday the title still had not come. I didnt receive the title until Monday the following week. One thing I learned when dealing with Muller Suzuki is take everything said with a grain of salt. I will not be returning to them ever again.

Dishonest Dealer with No Morals or Decency Took an hour ride to look at a few Harleys at Muller Suzuki. I finally found the one I wanted after searching all Summer. Put a deposit down and signed the sales contract and went home happy. Had to finalize the deal the next day when the sales manager would be in. The next afternoon, the sales manager, (Kyle) called me and said sorry but someone just came in and bought your motorcycle with their credit card. I guess a deposit and signed sales contract means nothing to these lowlifes!! He said he could get me into another Harley, What a nice Guy!! I guess his parents never taught him to do the right thing or to have decency. Just sell it right from under someone and not care or show any remorse or anything. Just tough S@@t basically. Tried to contact the owners but they dont have the decency to return a phone call either. Ive read other reviews on google and this is not the first time this has happened. Dont waste your time buying a car or motorcycle from these idiots. Youll be Sorry!!!

Last Saturday I purchased a brand new Honda crf250l enduro from another dealership. Problem was that I jumped the gun on this and the 250 was just to small of a bike for me in regards to power. I have not ridden on dirt in nearly 25 years thinking the 250 was going to be a good purchase. The other bike I was researching was a Suzuki drz400s before purchasing the Honda. Well here I am stuck with a brand new Honda and wanting the DRZ400s. This place was a great help to me and set me on the correct path. I went down to meet with Cliff and within a few hours I was riding off with a new Suzuki drz400s at a 1.9% interest rate for 3 years. I must say I am loving this bike. The story to this is allot longer but all in all they washed my hands of the Honda and put me on the ride home I actually should have purchased in the first place. I highly recommend Muller Suzuki. I will be going back to them again for sure.

Ive used Muller Suzuki to purchase 2 different cars in the past, and these guys are easily the best in the dealership business that Ive come across. Kyle, Mike F. and Mike are totally focused on the customers needs and on both my occasions working with Kyle and Mike F., they went above and beyond to help me get into the car I wanted. The process each time to get a car through them was quick, easy and painless. When I came in the 2nd time to get a car, they were able to remember just about everything about me from the year earlier through our first conversations, which goes a long way when it comes to feeling like a valued customer. I highly, highly recommend that anyone looking for a car in the western NJ area definitely give these guys your time and business.

They were EXTREMELY honest. In addition, I am a single parent of 3, Im disabled, and Im currently living with family due to me just having spinal fusion surgery and I really needed a vehicle that can fit my family, was not going to hurt my back and was also very low in price. After speaking to the boss for me, my salesman, (MIKE F.) gave me a very reduced price that I could afford. In addition it had 3rd row seating, DVD player, sunroof, heated seats(REALLY HELPFUL FOR MY BACK) and a huge amount of other features. I literally cried while test driving it because I never would have been able to get a vehicle of this quality if it werent for Muller Suzuki. Thanks so much to everyone there most especially Mike F. And the owner of Muller Suzuki!!!!!

Easy going team, no pressure sales. Experienced, helpful, and fun. Buying my 2016 M109R BOSS here was a breeze. I walked in the door and in under 30 minutes I owned a new motorcycle. I purchase a lot of vehicles, this was the most stress free buying experience Ive ever had. Do yourself a favor, come with good credit, or come with cash. Dont waste their time, they arent going to waste yours. If you play your cards right, you might even get yourself a deal. I got a crazy low price on a brand new bike with 0% financing.
