Having returned to riding again after a 30+ year hiatus, I purchased a 2000 FXDL. In need of a few parts and some serious brushing up on what had changed while I was "gone", I went to Baer Sport Center. Being the owner a small business myself and knowing the importance of customer service, I was impressed with the level of very friendly, knowledgeable service the staff at Baer provided. They were more than willing to go that extra step to answer all my questions and help me find the right parts for particular needs. I HIGHLY recommend Baer Sport Center for all your Harley-Davidson / Victory needs. You will not be disappointed.

We had stopped on Saturday to look at atvs and the new slinshot. My son took a test drive on the slinshot with his girl. They had gotten lost. Bob the sales man was very nasty to me and my wife because my son was on a test drive for 45 min said he was going to call the police and report it stolen. He just bought a razor 1000 turbo from another dealer. I had bought a Harley from Diann and dewayne. My son and I were going to by the slinshot and a scrambler 850. We are going to a different dealer for this reason

So I was in the area shopping around for a Ultra with my Vrod in the trailer. Duane took great care of me and didnt dick me around like the other dealers I went to and I went to many. Hes straight forward. I hit almost every dealer from Brooklyn to honesdale and Baer is the best. I will be pointing all my friends in his direction.

Went there to buy a battery. Stood in the service dept for 15 minutes - not a soul in sight. Finally a few workers appeared outside to start rolling bikes in because it was closing time. Typical for PA.

Most of personnel were very helpful. Had to deal with Joe. He was constantly checking his phone. Needs to work on people skills. A sale was lost because of his demeanor.
