Every time Ive ordered from them has been items listed as "in stock" on their site. Weeks go by and I will get a small part of my original order and the missing items are listed as back ordered. I have to badger them to get the remainder of my order but they have no qualms taking my money up front for "in stock" items and then making me wait weeks or even months to get it. There is usually no apology or offer to make up for it beyond more excuses and waiting. If you can get your items elsewhere, do so.

Came across this place last summer looking for a Vallejo retailer. If you are looking for any kind of paint, primer, weathering effects, etc... then this is the place to be. If you happen to stop by while Dave Youngquist is working, this guy is for real. Any question you have, he normally has an answer or multiple solutions for it. This is now my go to hobby shop for supplies.
