Yes its holiday time so the lines are busy and I get that. But they seemed short staffed and there wasnt a lot of lanes open. And when I went to use part of my brothers gift card, she didnt understand what I wanted to do with it. I told her Id like to use some of whats on the gift card to pay and Ill use a card for the rest. She looked confused didnt know how to do it. And then asked if I wanted to buy the gift card.. so needless to say I used paid the full price instead of creating a bigger issue out of it.

Really poor service here. Never enough employees. I walked in, searched for my product (spending maybe 2-5 mins), and I spent over 25 minutes in line waiting to purchase it...there was one cashier in the entire store that was actually working (I saw many other workers I would have assumed to have the cashier responsibility just laughing around the store not helping the growing situation.) Its a real shame to see the further south you drive into the greater Detroit area, the worse service you get from people.

If i could give this 0 STARS i would!! I went looking for something i asked this female older staff member and when i asked her if they had it her response was *eye roll*" YEAH NO ONE IS GONNA HAVE IT! GOOD LUCK" after i was walking away i heard from her "stupid idiot". I understand people have bad days and they get stressed but to be down right rude and call me names is inexcusable and i will NEVER be back!!

If you want to find help, stand near the back right hand corner, they seem to go in and out of the hive from there, but watch out they might have their stingers out if you approach them when they are approaching the hive when its close to the time they are getting off for the night. Now thats the buzz....flying to Lakeside next time!!!

I felt like employees on the floor actively tried to avoid me. There was one register open. I came in around 4pm on a weekday, and there was a line of about 4 people. And parents with kids were steadily streaming into the store. Even if I was able to find the item I was looking for, I wouldnt have had time to stand in the line.

Went to check out toys with my nephew and the store was a mess. Lots of out of stock areas. Not a lot of staff working. And for whatever reason they were missing a ton of price tags all over the place. We went in about 5pm so I dont think it was like closing time... but it sure felt like it.

Honestly, this location does a nice job of cleanliness, organization and customer service. We were also lucky enough to walk in right before Christmas and got 2 hatchimals.... for 2 people we knew who were having a hard time finding them for their kids without paying a premium to resellers.

Always disorganized, never someone to help you. Ive asked for help looking for stuff and the person never knows where it is and always has to go ask someone else for help. Not thrilled with this location and will start driving the extra few miles to the Lakeside location from now on.

I had a issue at this toysrus with my card being charge incorrectly and the manager Eric provided me with outstanding customer service, he takes pride in his position and works diligently until your a satisfied customer. Awesome leadership.

I was very dissapointed in this location. Very dirty and not organized. Things appeared just hap hazardly thrown on shelves and just messy in general. I will choose another location next time Im in the market for a new toy.

Clean, organized, parking lot needs serious repair and some of the product is so old cause no one wants them, another place that refuses to put things on clearance cause the idea is someday....Someone will buy them.

Wow.. this place is terrible! My husband was asking a worker for help, and she kept walking away while talking. Then we get to the register and the guy stops waiting on us to go plug his phone in. I wont be back.
