Very excited from other reviews to stop by this place with out 6 month old (in a carrier) and our toddler (23 months and potty training). First inside the store it is really tight. I had a hard time moving around with the little one in my front ergo carrier and my diaper bag on my shoulder. Then my newly potty training toddler says she has to go potty and the worker was very short with me and at first was not going to let us use the bathroom. She was quite rude and said dont touch any boxes on the way back. Its a toy store. With children. We went on to spend some money on gifts but it was hard for me to want to spend more and support a store that isnt condusive to children. Especially one that has workers in it that are rude. We did enjoy the items for sale, my toddler had a blast running around (to an extent) and irritating the sales lady. Prices are as expected - but a good range. We do like to "shop local" and support small stores but a little bit better customer service would make me recommend it to others more quickly.

New ownership equals Amazing customer service!! What was a great store with poor customer service, is now a great store with AMAZING customer service!! My last experience there a year ago with the previous owner had me skeptical to go back, but I was in a pinch for a bday gift. To my delight I met Anna and she and her husband took over last year and their daughter manages!! Couldnt have been more helpful and nice. Very happy to have stopped in today and look forward to going back soon!

Recently under new ownership. I went into the store and immediately found something I loved. They sell Rifle Paper Co. stationary sets and cards, which are my favorite! They have items for every age from kids to adults. The staff is amazing, warm and friendly, and will greet you with a smile when you walk in the front door.

The best toy store in the universe! Stuff you wont see anywhere else. Plus the staff actually know how the toys work and will demo them for you. The kids love it!

This place makes me feel like a kid again. It has a lot of neat toys that make you think. Also toys for all ages. I especially like the 3D puzzles.
