Bought a pre-assembled $130 bike from here that turned out to be a piece of junk. Right off the bat, the seat and kickstand were entirely loose. It was easy to tighten the seat (for the most part.) But my household lacked the tool to tighten the kickstand. The kickstand would swivel 360 degrees— dragging on the ground and rotating into the tire, when put up. After a few turns, I took off the kickstand easily with my fingers. No big deal I suppose. One day, one minute into my ride, I felt the left pedal loosen. I thought nothing of it beyond having to tighten its already poor construction, but a couple moments after feeling how loose the left pedal was becoming it snapped off. The entire left pedal broke off. Ive only had this bike for three weeks. If Toys R Us wouldve put more time into inspecting the bike or more thought into its construction, this wouldve never happened. We are not allowed to get a refund because the pedal is broken, or else they wouldve taken the bike back. I am disconcerted when it comes to this establishment. No amount of excellent customer service can replace shoddy craftsmanship from a store thats selling children toys to ride down a street. Much more thought shouldve been placed into inspecting the bike. It should not have broken after only three weeks into riding it. Ive only ever rode it to work (5 mins away) and the gym (also 5 minutes away.) Makes me wonder what kind of protocols Toys R Us has when selling bikes— dont expect me to ever buy a bike from a Toys R Us ever again. Waste of money, waste of time fixing the smaller problems, and a hazard to children.

They dont know how to handle a mass mob well. The corporation told ppl the quantities of the hottest toys and people were lined up. At 7 15 they came out an handed out tickets, people who were I line first should have gotten the tickets but never came down to the middle or the end of the line. On customer got 5 tickets for 1 on the products and told customers they only had 4 of the hatchimals and only 10 of the Nes.. people had gone in to see if maybe they had more of the Nes but the manager got nasty with the people who had asked left then desk and brought out a whole case and yelled if you dont have a ticket you cant get it. I know christmas is big time for people to go nuts for certain items but the way the store handled this issue wasnt right an to boot they filmed the line of people waiting. .. Ive dealt with black Friday lines before an crowds but nothing like this. I dont want to sound like someone who complains but since this store is close to where I live they could have handled what was advertised a little bit better..

The single worst retail store of all time. Was refused an advertised price by lunatic manager, who then screamed at me because I dared to disagree. Was humiliated abused, and treated like I was sub-human by a manager named Kelly. Ive actually retained a lawyer and am in the process of filing suit because of the situation. It was pretty bad. Long story - Just trust me, stay away from this abusive and psychotic Toys R Us.

TERRIBLE customer service! While in the store with my daughter I approached an employee to ask where an item was and as I said "excuse me, do you know where I can find.." the employee rudely interrupted and said "BLAH BLAH BLAH SPIT IT OUT!" incredibly rude, I was shocked! Never again will I go back, even if it is 5 minutes from my house, Ill drive the 35 minutes to clearwater!

This store was dirty and the employees and supervisor, Brenda, acted like they didnt even want to be there. The trash cans were over flowing in front of the store. The birthday club is a joke. My granddaughter was reluctantly given a balloon & crown and we were never asked her name, so no announcement was made. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

This store is great , the customer service is amazing!!! The best store manager in there Is Terri Ann....she is a fabulous help and a joy to see!!! She always greets you with a wonderful smile and will do anything for you. I will never go to another store I love that store!!!

Decent location, with okay staffing. The store is old and it shows, but the staff do the best they can. They run a promotion a couple of times a year where you can trade in an old car seat for credit towards a new one, and that has come in handy for us.

The employees are lousy and when I called in to get a simple answer on the 3DS on what colors they had in the store they kept me on hold for over 40 minutes and they say they have the best costumer survive! What a crappy store.
