This is the first time writing a review but the worker or manager, whatever he is, was just so rude plus he appeared to not really know the basics of having a conversation with another human being. Enough motivation to spend 2 mins. writing this. So here it goes .. My family had gone to the pharmacy to buy peptobismol for my brother who started feeling nauseous and ill. Meanwhile, my brother was going to start puking out front so I went inside to get a plastic shopping bag for him. I decided to ask for one since this guy pushing a cart was strolling by. He said theyre not allowed to give any and kept going about his way. I was surprised bc hello, its a plastic bag. I told him my brother is feeling ill and about to puke out front. But "no" was still his answer while ignoring the situation. Wow .... How inhumane + miserable We obviously didnt buy anything from a store being ran by a dude resembling a grumpy robot with something up his, u know, b*tt Step it up Mr. K Mart

K Mart return policy is horrible. When you buy an item with a receipt you get a Gift Card, unless the person who bought the item has the card then they will get their money put back on their card. Their bike department is a joke their bikes are $200 dollars more then Walmart. The bike people are not knowledge about adjusting a bike. Store is dirty, employee s are rude unfriendly and low on staff. Their cloths are low quality . Walmart items are half the price. When you call to ask a question they have a nasty smoker tone and first words out of their mouth is hold.

There always seems to be a lack of cashiers at this store and even fewer people to help with any questions you may have while shopping. Prices and inventory levels are pretty good. So no problem there. You have to allow for a short to medium wait time to checkout. On my visit it was towards the end of the night and there was only one cashier at the customer service desk and needless to say a line of shoppers waiting tio checkout.

This place is a joke, dont know why its even still open. Rude, ignorant, nasty people. Dead inside, cant possibly be making a profit, got to be losing money. Employees wont even return a hello & walked by ignoring me, a stop at the customer service desk was met with hostility! I am convinced the employees WANT this store to close down. I am very insulted. Unemployment checks to anyone working here should be prosecuted for fraud!!!

Kmart has always been great however, I always remeber them having great deals and sales. Unfortunately the last time I was in here for christmas stuff everything was way over priced. We left with a few odds and ends but it would have been nice to see more sales/clearance items due to the overwhelmingly large selection of things. Either way I still enjoy kmart just wish things were more reasonably priced.

Just Kmart is kmart... After moving to Port Richey in July 2016 I have bought out dated krill there, spent the night puking , had to get a dirty look from the cashier over the price of a blue light item I picked up at the discount shelf, bought an awesome shower curtain on sale 50% off at 14.00 and later found the same curtin at dollar general full price 10.00

The store always seems to be having a huge sale. The prices are still kind of high compared to competitors. The employees are very friendly, but they are hard to find when you have a question. The store is clean. The bathrooms are pretty clean. Limited selection in every department compared to competitors. I do well buying clearance items here.

Every time I use a coupon code at this store I have to go through two levels of management and a call to customer service before they figure out what to do. Since their registers are too old to allow for coupon codes, they should give the cashiers authority to manually enter the discount. Id rather go somewhere else to avoid the hassle.

Need to restock the store. Very limited products in store. Also during football season they dont carry all the T-shirts for all the NFL football teams. No Detroit lions, and no Kansas city chiefs just to name a couple. They closed up the cafe in the store. I used to enjoy having a soda or a hot dog there for lunch.

Manager Rich is extremely rude. Asked to set up a charity event on a weekend and cut me off saying he wasnt interested. I only called because a friend in another state had the same event at kmart. Called Wal-Mart right after talking to him and they allowed us to do it.

The assistant manager lady with glasses and short hair and thin, is AWESOME...........in so many ways...knowing her store, knowing her merchandise, always busy busy busy, definitely not a slacker. Seen her interact with other employees in a NICE and DECENT manner.

All the bad reviews forget one important thing. This is how all retail used to be. Its par for the course as far as Ive seen. But its a 40 year old course, so cut it some slack lol. Dont expect a Ferrari at a Chevy dealer.

This Kmart doesnt seem to do much business any more. Its a shame because they do have a lot of decent inventory and friendly staff. Its a good place to stop if you want to do some shopping without a crowd.

This place is a dump. Homeless people and prostitutes gather around the front and side of the store. The store is extremely run down and dirty. I will never go there again. I didnt even feel safe there.

I came at 9:15 pm and the doors were locked i checked online it say they close at 10pm so why are the doors locked at 9:15pm?????

Employees are informed and helpful. The store is well organised and well stocked. I prefer this store to all others of its kind.
