Kept knocking over displays with my cart because the displays were in the middle of the main isles and barely left enough room on either side of it to allow a cart to get through. . It got annoying after the third time of knocking stuff off the displays. Next time I go in if I knock a display over I am going to just leave it. Maybe they will get some sense and leave room in the isles so customers can shop without having to worry about hitting things or knocking them over.

Clean feeling store. Seems kinda empty everytime we come (employee wise). Prices are very high compared to most places. And I have seen stickers on things that say only at toys r us that are at other stores. Im not talking different variations in talking the normal toys. Example is the gremlins lego dimensions pack

Its your average Toys R Us. Their prices are a bit high compared to other stores that sell the same items, but sometimes you can find a good deal. Its a fun place to shop. My kids like it. The store is clean overall, with little to no clutter taking up aisle space. The employees are helpful for the most part.

Got the pokemon trading day wrong and missed it by 1 day. 2 of the associates went out of their way for Mowie. He was disappointed and it showed. They were able to find a card and folder left from event. He was so impressed . Thank you so much

Purchased an item and then looked at the mail flyer and saw the item much less. The site wouldnt modify the cost I paid so I returned the item. They told me they dont participate in the ads or online sales.

Like all Toys R Us stores it is hard to get a cart down the main aisles due to over crowding them with merchandise but large selection, they hold special events which is great!
