I wish there was a way you can give a place 0 stars. I called the store to be hung up on twice passed around placed on hold for over 15 minutes. All I had was one question before I drove all the way to the store because the store is nowhere near my home. I just wanted to know if they carried a big kid stroller. First I spoke with Marie she said I need to speak with someone in the baby department I was put on hold for over 5 minutes then a woman named Catherine picks up the phone I can explain to her my problem she says I cannot help you you need to speak with someone in the baby department I get put on hold again another person picks up doesnt give me their name says again I need to be put to the baby department I said I will not be put on hold anymore answer my one question so I can know whether or not to come to your facility. They refuse to answer my question I was hung up on twice and then never spoke to another individual. This is why people shop online and no longer come in stores a human being should never be treated like I was treated I have worked in the retail business for over 15 years never have I ever treated a customer the way I was treated on the phone. I cannot imagine going there in person. I dont care how busy you are you could just simply answer one small question so I know whether or not to come to your facility. I will not be coming there nor will I bring my business to Babies R Us

Very poor customer service! I was on hold for 15 minutes without anyone assisting me or even explaining that they were busy and I would be hold a lot longer than expected! I was left being told hold on one moment and some one on the sales floor would be right with me after 15 minutes passed I hung up and called back I told her I was just on the line for the last 15 minutes but no one picked up thinking maybe they forgot about me I explained to her I had the SKU number and UPC number but no the lady explained to me very rudely that I was on hold because she was busy and she would be putting me back on hold when she was available then she could assist me. I work in retail customer service should be number one I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED

At first I was overwhelmed coming into the store. The aisles are narrow they are cluttered and stacked to the ceiling with all sorts of things, anything your child could want. The prices are a little bit expensive, but there are deals to be had. Check the website while you were at the store. If there is a price difference comma they will match for us. We were able to get bikes on sale for $40.

This Toys R Us is a hit or miss. I feel that they carry the same things for a LONG period of time and hardly get in anything new. If you need someone to help you, forget about it. Its not going to happen. They always seem WAY under staffed even during the holidays. Normally only have one register open for both sides of the store.

the location is not bad? its in wesley chapel which is building up very nicely. its alot nicer than the old toys r us on fowler. and after all day of screaming kids and annoying mothers yelling at you cause they didnt read the coupon and it doesnt work, see how you will feel. its not an easy retail job to do.

I go to Toys R Us and/or Babies R Us. Every time I have gone in there to purchase gifts for nephews and nieces and/or baby showers for family or friends, I receive excellent service with a smile. Thanks to all of the employees for all they do because it is much appreciated!!!!

The worst. Supposed to hold an item for me. I drove 2 hours and the item was seriously damaged. Manager would not even talk to me. Tammy or Elizabeth, no one seemed sure who was in charge. I looked for something else, many items on the shelf were damaged. Skip this store.

Toys r us has been here since I was a little kid. I have found every thing I need. The staff was kind and showed directions when we got lost. And mostly everything is buy able and not too expensive. I am always eager to go and I have a smile that looks like this

Although toys r us has almost every toy available, there are very few employees on the floor helping to locate particular items. I searched for almost 15 minutes for peppa pig merchandise. .and had a hard time finding an employee to direct me there.

It is a big toy store, but prices are often higher than other stores, they will price match but it takes a long time and you have to know the prices at other locations. Out of five items I had them price match three with significant savings.

EXCELLENT Customer Service!!! The store manager was able to find a receipt from a purchase I made over a year ago and print it for me. The sales girl at the front counter was friendly and helpful in ordering a new car seat.

Was so busy, crowded. It was more than a month before Christmas but they advertised pre-black Friday sales and had way too few staff. Long lines, no help. You know when the busy times are, staff appropriately.
