Its been bad and its been good. Last year I bought a Victory Cross Country from out of state. I started having stalling issues with not even 500 miles on it. The first time I took it in under warranty was also for the 500 mile oil change / service. The service department could not duplicate the problem and returned the bike to me. That started down a road that included continued stalling issues that made the bike unsafe to ride. The problem only got worse. Drew and the service department were stumped but never gave up on looking for a solution. By this time I had already been in contact with Polaris headquarters customer service and tried and tried to get some assistance. I got no where! Customer service just wanted to keep making attempts to fix the motorcycle no matter how much of my time was wasted and spent traveling to and from the dealership to drop off and pick up the bike. There was some problems at the dealership during this process also for example; Carelessness- on one of the occasions my bike was in the shop, somebody put something on the tank and scuffed it up, not major but enough to notice on my brand new bike. I told Drew and Jim about it and they had it buffed out, but it was never completely gone. So during this whole process customer service would not back up there product. The dealership said there hands were tied and to get any kind of compensation or a replacement motorcycle had to go through customer service and they made it clear that wasnt going to happen. At one point the dealer offered to take my bike in as a trade in on a new one. To me that was more of an insult than an offer. Saying that would not be fair to me as the customer is an understatement, why would anyone trade it in and loose my hard earned money on a defective motorcycle?? It is their responsibility to back up their product. I had to file for the lemon law with an attorney. So in the end I won the lemon law case. Meanwhile Drew was still working on my bike. The last thing was, Tech support had them switch out the entire wiring harness and that seemed to be the fix. I got the bike back before it was all said and done but didnt feel comfortable riding it so I didnt. So now that its all said and done... I now have a new 2016 Victory Magnum X-1. I did have a couple of issues with the new one but Steve Walker, Bob, Shelby, Lauren, Ryan, Dan the rest of the staff made it there mission to make sure the issues where taken care of as quickly as possible. Today I am a happy customer and the past is in the past. I love my X-1 Stealth Edition, it is an awesome motorcycle. Thanks to all of you for making it right and always looking for ways to improve. I will remain a customer in the future.

simply put they are thieves in disguise and wouldnt hesitate to rob you as soon as you walk through that doors and the sad part was I let them rob me. I drove all the way from California to buy a Victory Judge because i did get a phenomenal deal at Temacula motorsports and let the deal slip through my fingers and to date highly regret it. Marche the salesman knew that i was coming from CA and the moment i walked thru those doors all he said was "ready to buy the bike" and asked me to wait before he went and got Casey who in turn told me to wait while running the "numbers" and was never offered a beverage or a place to sit. Waited and waited and now a third person joined the team and introduced himself as a manager (forgot his name). They ran the credit scores in my absence but until now never disclosed the exact number and all they said was your score is good. Never one of them was transparent in their business. I asked them if they could load the bike on my truck for which they said yes, and when the time came, they said they will be able to load the bike but will not secure it which was never disclosed in the first place. Those three musketeers are pretty shady. The only person who was helpful was Jeff in parts. He told us that we will get a free t-shirt for buying a bike which i never got, neither offered. The feeling i got was get the bike and get the f*** out of there because when the time for inspection came Marches body language said why dont you wait as i have another potential customer to sell and i excused myself saying i am going to get some lunch and will be back. Also when i went in the back to see the bike and asked if i could start the bike, the answer was " they have to prep the bike" and within matter of time they said the bike was ready. Never explained the prep process and the walk through was a joke. There was not an iota of respect shown towards the customer may be because i was an Asian and in the wrong place. They never even offered a test drive. Worst customer service and will never recommend this place ever.......

After visiting other Indian dealerships in San Diego, El Cajon, Tucson and Phoenix, I had the great experience of purchasing my 2014 Springfield Blue Chieftain from the Indian Motorcycle Las Vegas dealership. Being from Las Vegas, I initially toured the Las Vegas dealership a few months earlier, took a brochure home and decided the Chieftain in Springfield Blue was my choice. So, while vacationing in southern California and Arizona I visited the local dealerships. All had Chieftains, but none in Springfield Blue. So, after getting back to Las Vegas I visited the Las Vegas dealership again. And there it was, Springfield Blue and completely chromed-out. It had just come in a few days earlier, and left with me riding it that night. The staff at the Las Vegas dealership was (and is) very friendly, willing to assist me with any concerns I have regarding my Indian, very informative, and personable. In owning the bike now for 20 months, I recently surpassed 30K miles. So you can see I didnt buy it to sit in the garage and look pretty. The scheduled maintenance Ive received from the service department has been superb! Included in the first 30K miles has been a combined Iron Butt Run (1000 and a 1500 mile), and because of the service my bike (aka...Sexy) has received Ive experience only worry-free riding. Sexy is my primary mode of transportation, and with being retired we stay on the road. Ive been called by Indian asking to consider trading in Sexy and getting another...aint gonna happen!! Thanks Indian for making such a great motorcycle. And a big KUDOs to the fantastic staff at the Las Vegas Indian dealership. You guys ROCK!!

Ive purchased two motorcycles from this dealership (2016 Scout & 2016 Springfield) and couldnt be happier! Friendly staff, excellent motorcycles and top-notch service. There was a technical problem with a part I was having them install which caused a small delay, and the way they compensated me was over-the-top. Another time I wanted something done to my bike, but was unable to ride to the dealer. They sent a truck and trailer to my home for pickup. They once kept the store open late for a purchase of mine. Theyve endured lengthy indecision on my part, and fielded half a million questions and concerns...theyre just really committed to their customers. I will definitely be shopping there again! As for the bikes? This was a huge "dream bike" purchase after so many years of riding modest machines, so I made sure to ride comparable HD offerings such as the Road King and Sportster. I found them to be nice bikes, but the Indians had them bested in every category imaginable (by many wide margins). More power, less money, better looks, and the handling is night and day better. For me it was a hands-down decision, and after putting a few miles on them any initial apprehension I had for purchasing a "new" brand has all but vanished. Welcome back to the world, Indian...thank you Polaris and Victory for making this happen!!!
