I bought my new 2013 Triumph Thunderbird for only 16,500 (13,500 was the asking price before all the discounts) from BOP. I was very clear I wanted them to use my bank. They came back to me that my bank was a no go but they managed other financing. The very next work day my bank called me with a offer of almost half the interest BOP got for me. On my way home I noticed these people sent me out with an empty tank. After promising me a full tank. Once I got home to my Credit Card I had only 2 miles to spare on the fuel. Also this place could not even get me the right owners manual for the bike. Returning to BOP they promised me a full take the next time I came in. Today I went to get my promised tank of fuel and my 500 mile service. BOP informed me I would have to pay $250.00 for a service on a bike I have owned for 9 days. Now had they told me for the start I would have to pay that is one thing. However they led me to believe this would all be covered. I will never give this place my business again. As I know many motorcycle riders I have already informed them of the business practices of BOP. My sole goal concerning this business is to make sure no other riders get burned like I did. **********UPDATE*********** Recently I brought my Triumph in for some warranty work to fix a coolant leak. While it was in the shop I had them add new exhaust and handlebars/cables to my Thunderbird. After almost 7 weeks of it being in the shop, I get it returned to me with the cables not adjusted, tightened. The handlebars still loose, the exhaust not tightened. While riding my Triumph home the throttle cables got stuck in the full throttle position leaving my engine revving at max RPM. Atlanta Triumph emailed me back telling me to take my bike back to the dealership to return it to stock. Somehow, they feel that the inability to tighten STOCK bolts because it is holding a aftermarket part is beyond the capacity of the dealership. That putting the stock part back on it will magically make the mechanic skilled enough to tighten the exact same bolts he removed. Triumph Atlanta reply Dear Rick Bakeman, A member of our staff has responded to your request Subject: (Poor service). Our response: Rick, Thank you for the email and for the feedback regarding your Triumph. I apologize for this experience that you are having. The best suggestion that I can make is that you have the dealer return your bike back to stock equipment. We do not test our bikes with non Triumph parts, and do not know how our bikes will react when installed, and will not be able to assist the dealer with diagnostic suggestions. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.

Not sure about the new inventory, but i did buy a used sports bike from them. Well to put it in short, i was told it went through their shop inspection and was tagged as passed/safe. So being the first time rider my knowledge was down to almost zero on maintaining and what to look for sings of danger. Not two weeks go by and after putting about 500 miles on it i decided to start looking i to how and when to maintain parts and such. After reading manual online i started checking out the bike itself. The chain was so loose compared to the 1 1/4 inch play it should have. So i started unscrewing the rear wheel bolt to adjust the chain, well that bolt nearly came off by hand, it was that loose. Basically the chain could have slipped off or worse if jammed my rear wheel which could have killed me just riding around getting to know the bike and seeying how much power it has. All because i was specifficaly told that it was through their shop and checked out all good. Now since im still a noob in more complex things on bikes, im gonna have to go out find a good shop that will do an actual full inspection. Which im sure wont be cheap. NEVER goin back to that place and sharing my story with anyone looking into buying a bike.

I cant say enough good things about these guys. Jared & DJ in the service department are awesome. I brought my bike in because she was having some serious issues with oil leakage and appeared to have some kind of catastrophic failure at the end of last season. These guys dived in head-first, talking me through it every step of the way and giving me options and pricing every step of the way. I went with one of the service options they gave me and they had it back to me before they promised they would and it COST LESS than they originally bid! GREAT service! Anyway, come to find when I get her home, one of the covers didnt seal properly so I had some remnant oil issues. I call these guys up, tell them what happened and even sent Jared a video of what was going on. The service center manager literally said "I am going to make this right" which is about the best thing you can say if youre in the service industry. They IMMEDIATELY came out, picked up my bike, repaired the issue, and detailed my bike free of charge. It was a fantastic experience, even with the hiccup in there! Ill definitely be going back for service and also to buy my next bike. Excellent work, guys. Bravo.

I want to start by saying I took my motorcycle into this place and they have it for 2&a half months, never one time in 2&a half months that they had my bike did they ever one time give me a phone call!!! my bike has been sitting for a while and needed car cleaned and some other parts cleaned up, every time I went in to talk to them about my bike the price would go up by hundreds of dollars to get it fixed, it started out from 800 to a thousand dollars, I said get started on it, and this was in the beginning of July, like I said no phone call for 2&a half months finally in the middle of September I took the bike out and took it to a Fruitland motorcycle shop. the reason of this is the bill went from a thousand dollars to 4000 dollars to clean up a motorcycle that has been sitting for a couple to 3 years. Im pretty convinced that this motorcycle shop can only put brand new motorcycles together out of the crate!!!!!! do as you wish but my wishes are to never go to this place again!!!!

I contacted BOP via phone to get a quote on a motorcycle, to see if visiting them from another state would be beneficial. They refused to send me a quote via email. When I asked why, they said "thats money out of my pocket." When I told the salesperson I would need a quote in writing before going out of state to make a purchase he stated, "I guess we cant come together on this then." I asked for a store manager, he explained they do not give email quotes. I asked for the owner to call me and never got a call. I really dont know if he got my message. Strangely, I did get an email quote about a day later from the original salesperson for MSRP. I figure he could have done that initially. Sounds like they wanted to puff up the price, or had plans to change what they would say when I actually got there. Either way, not a chance I was willing to take. With better dealers out there, who have communicated with me via email I will just go elsewhere.
