Wow!! Well all I can say is Thank goodness for Dennis, James and Brian in the service dept... When all hope was gone with over 2 years of troubling issues(out of warranty, but started under factory warranty)in and out of shop with my 2014 xp1000.. Dennis stepped up to the plate this time to MAKE SURE I would be taken care of and have no more rescues from my faulty , unreliable Polaris Rzr 1000... It all started in April 2014, when the machines motor started acting like it was running empty on fuel... Polaris corporate engineers recommended a new upper motor to be rebuilt along with other countless parts, sensors ect, ect, throughout the year to come..Which I had to cover the expenses since out of warranty..Polaris corp did honor a couple repairs/parts on goodwills, but Being the problem was never fully fixed or found, and issues kept reoccurring after driving for 30 or so mins dunes/offroad, the machine would start hestitating, boggin and stalling at idle.. Again, back at Ride Now Rancho, where the service team and Mgmt was at the grace of Polaris Corporate engineering to assist in my continued problem..Corporate kept issueing instructions to check and fix cam timing, ect and that wasnt the problem being that the motor was solid and the problem was definitely and electrical gremlin that was never noticed nor instructed to even check before countless parts and $$$$ was spent to try and get it correct.. Well after every diagnosis possible, Dennis contacted me amazingly pleasant and humble to the point where he said "WE will get this RIGHT and we will DO what it takes to get you back enjoying your Rzr"..Well guess what? The Wire harness was only thing not replaced and after hearing about numerous issues Dennis, James and Brian decided that it time for full tear down to inspect and rewire the UTV.. At that time I was back and forth with Polaris corporate customer service reiterating the past, trying to get assistance to financially help me and the dealship with another almost $2000 repair order(wire harness kit, coil packs,$$$hours of labor) and they denied my claim and said "sorry its too far out of warranty and weve already given you 2 free Goodwills".. I almost cracked and lost it after being amazingly patient and supportive on the "C.S. Supervisor" after 2 years , 8 times stranded, countless miles walked/hiked back to camp, and 5 holiday dune trips/ vacas ruined ....Needless to say, My wife and I were over desert/dune trips and was ready to sell it running or not !! So to sum up this horrible 1st time Polaris ownership experience, we were ready to give up our dream toy and then Dennis, the Service Manager @Ride Now Rancho and team was a man of his word and covered the job graciously under the Dealership Costs with no help from Polaris Corporate.. I couldnt believe the support, kindness and empathy actually given to us!! They went above and beyond the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE!! TRUELY OUTSTANDING, AND DEDICATED TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!! THANK YOU From us both!! Sincerely- Joe Cavallari

I bought a brand new Yamaha R3 and the front left blinker had a loose wire and it stopped lighting up at after 3 months of owning it which is fine because I paid for their warranty and I got the Yama warranty well I called them and theyre always booked up which is fine I understand theyre busy but when I finally got an appointment I asked them what time to bring it in and they said to bring it in the afternoon today 5/31/2016. I bring it there and there is a employee sitting on a bike texting on his phone and not one person asked me if I needed anything so after walking around the wrong building that is across the street from them I finally figured out that I have to go to their other building which is where the service department is, upon waiting in line they tell me youre going to have to pick it up tomorrow. What for a loose wire and after waiting over a month to see them. They couldnt even reschedule me for a couple months.?I said Ill just fix it myself, I went home and took the side panel off and plugged the wire back in and it was fixed in about 5 minutes of work not to mention the guy who sold me the bike Travis Cunningham initially told me that I would get my first oil change for free or at least thats how he made it sound that the 600 mile oil change would be free. I didnt even haggle on the bike. I added all the extras you can put on a bike they got me at of killer interest rate of 24% so Im paying $12,000 for a $7,000 bike you would think the least they can do is give me that first oil change for free but no he says I didnt buy the service plan which I a service plan that covered brakes and oil that makes more sense to me. anyways I go in for that first oil change a month later and they tell me that Im not covered. I end up buying the oil from them because in order for me to not void my warranty I have to use yamalube and the Yamaha filter which set me back another $70 with 3 quarts of oil and a filter when I trade this bike for the Yamaha R1 next year I will definitely not be buying it from this dealership. I would like to do update my original review Ridenow made good on refunding me for my oil on the R3 and first service. on November 17th 2016 I traded it in for a Suzuki GSX-R 1000 everything went pretty smooth this time thanks to Brandon he was excellent to work with and very helpful in purchasing the new bike, my only one complaint would be that the GSXR was supposed to come with a backup camera that had been pre-installed on it from the previous owner but upon purchasing the bike I was told they took the camera off and could not find it. I was only told this after purchasing the bike now that definitely would not have changed my mind about purchasing the bike butt definitely should have been told about it before I swiped my credit card.

I have bought two motorcycles from this location, up to this point so far so good. Staff is excellent and accommodating to my situation as long as they know they are going to make a profit from you. A couple key take aways to or my ten cents if you are looking to buy new from this location. 1) Do not for buy the extended warranty or service maintenance packages out the door. These options are expensive and do not transfer to any other new bike if you are looking to do a trade. They will gilt trip you into buying them at all ends. Dont fall for it. Some how they told me the money for these services disappears into la la land and cannot be recovered and there is nothing that can be done about it. 2) The corporate office and the dealerships need to get on the same page. Wasted a trip on a trade in the same day the corporate office called me back because I was looking to make a deal on a 2015 CBR600RR (only bought in April 2016 only 500 miles on it) to a 2015 CBR1000RR. The corporate office told me that there were supposed to be Labor Day specials and extra discounts and was told to only deal with the managers on my second trip in today. Its not my fault that the corporate offices do not communicate with the staff at the dealership, but it seems like the dealer blames the customer for talking to them. That situation happened to me when I bought both of my motorcycles from my location. 3) This dealer does not value repeat customers and is only looking to make the quick profit where ever they can. That was clear to me after today. Again this is from someone who has given them good business ie. buying two motorcycles, and gear, + extra packages.
