Do not buy bikes from this shop! Do not get your bike serviced by this shop! They burned me for $2000 and I am pursuing action against them in small claims court. Yea they talk a good talk, but if something goes wrong they walk... Since being burned by this shop I have heard some wild stories about them. The one that shocked me the most was about a young service member buying a stolen bike from this place. This came from a close friend, and he had no reason to lie to me. I still had a hard time believing it. What I do know is that it cost me $2000 to fix my bike after they did a faulty repair. My warranty company denied paying for the repairs because they found that parts were missing upon disassemble. They do not cover damage from a faulty repair! This is the same company that paid Motorcycle Gallery to fix the bike the first time around! I had a hell of a time getting a hold of the owner. He gave me the run around and eventually said he wasnt going to pay for my bikes repairs. I take my bike to North County House of Motorcycles now. Theyre about 5 minutes away. They have the same prices and they are a real insured dealership. I asked them about the repairs and they explained that it was 100% the other shops fault that the bike was damaged. The Warranty Company said the same thing. The owner of Motorcycle Gallery didnt feel that that was enough evidence for him to pay for the damage to my bike. I bet the Judge will see it differently...

We were wary to buy a bike here after reading the other reviews. But they had the bike we wanted so we gave them a shot anyway. This was in late July of 2009. They told us up front that they dont haggle here, the listed price is what well pay plus the registration and documents fees and taxes. We researched the bike and the listed price looked fair, so we went back and bought it. Victor was extremely helpful and very professional - a real pleasure to work with. My husband rode the bike off the lot and noticed it was making a bit of a whining noise. He took it back and they looked at it. After a while, they and we did some research and realized it was normal for this type of bike with so few miles on it to make the noise my husband heard. They did all the work they could anyway to make sure something else wasnt causing the problem AND extended the warranty so that if there was another cause, we were assured they would fix it. INCREDIBLE service. We will not hesitate to give them our business in the future or take either of our bikes there for service.

I bought a white 2006 Yamaha R1 from the motorcycle gallery. Everyone there all the way up to Mitch the owner are very knowledgeable about the bikes they sell. They also are very quick to fix any mechanical problems that may arise from a daily rider. I just had a problem this past week where my bike wasnt idling properly and would ultimately cut off after a few seconds. I called the guys there and they offered to pick my bike and I up the next day to check out the problem. I ended up getting it to run long enough to limp to their shop at around 6pm on fri (21st). Mike had my bike up and running like a beast the very next day around 12pm. Everything was 100% covered by their warranty. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy a motorcycle or needing an excellent mechanic to fix any problem you encounter. Thanks for everything you guys have done, I deeply appreciate it.

I normally dont take the time to write reviews, but I thought my experience yesterday required one. Motorcycle Gallery was more than helpful in providing me with the perfect car. The owner, Mitch, goes above and beyond for his customers. He was willing to stay after hours to let me check out the 05 Honda Accord that I was interested in. He didnt hide anything about the car and wasnt a pushy salesman. His interest was in making sure the car was the one I wanted and that it was the right fit for me. He gave me an excellent deal and was generous in the process. I would recommend this business to anyone facing the tough decision of buying a car. You will be sure to get a great car and a great deal. He also showed me some of the bikes he has for sale, and the detail he puts into them is something else. Excellent business.

I am very pleased with my bike purchase, which involved several long distance communications and emails with Mitch the owner of Motorcycle Gallery. Mitch provided excellent communications during my initial inquiries clear to the delivery of the motorcycle; he called back promptly when I needed additional information. I feel he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I arranged with Mitch to have the bike I purchase delivered to me. As I did not wish to drive from The Kern River Valley down into Oceanside (thanks again Mitch), the additional fee was well worth it to me. I bought a 2000 Suzuki SV650 from here, and even though it was 10+ years old, with nearly 50,000 miles on it, the team here at Motorcycle Gallery did an impeccable job on it. It looked (and still does) brand new, mechanically it was great as well. Whenever I have buddies looking at bikes I always recommend this place. Staff is friendly, approachable, they do great work on their bikes as well, cannot stress it enough. Their prices are the best Ive seen here in So Cal as well, cant recommend these guys enough. Definitely coming back in the future for another bike.

We just bought a car from Mitch, who was so great! My boyfriends 84 year old Dad took the train from Mission Viejo to Oceanside all by himself to check out the car. He put Mitch through the ringer, Im sure and then bought the car! He is super happy and said Mitch was a saint! Thank you so much Mitch for being so wonderful to our loved one. He is very happy with his purchase and with the way you took such great care of him. We highly recommend this place!

Worse motorcycle mechs out there. Gave my bike back with a quart low in oil. Broke the ignition light on my bike. Tried saying they werent going to fix it and that it was the kick stand. Threatened them to go to court. They fixed it within an hour. Just ended up being a fuse. Spent 700 there and they tried just ripping me off more and screwed up my bike. Would never recommend anyone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO STAY AWAY

I bought a bike from Mitch, the owner of Motorcycle Gallery and has been nothing but helpful. Mitch and his staff at Motorcycle Gallery will show you the ins and outs of your motorcycle and will give you a great deal on any bike you buy from them. After 6 months my bike was making a squeaking noise and the gallery fixed it free of charge. Next time I buy a motorcycle Ill be sure to buy it from them.
