Brought my new BMW in for a tire change before heading to a track day. Somehow they managed to drop the bike, scratch it up in multiple locations, and break the cruise control, instrument cluster, etc. When they called to let me know this they only mentioned that the shift shift lever (foot) was bent and that the after market windshield was scratched. I though "ok, no big deal, things happen". When I got to the dealer they also mentioned that the instrument cluster was damaged. As I looked over the bike I found several other areas that were damaged, and as I pointed them out they said "we know about that, well take care of it. I was annoyed that I wasnt told up front about all of the damage, but whatever. The bike was still rideable so I rode off. About a mile later the cruise control lock (sliding plastic piece) fell off of the bike. When I got home and inspected the bike closely with a flashlight I found that the controls on the left side had received damage, and that there were several other scratches and dings. I called them and I was told "we know, were going to take care of it." I came back maybe a week later to meet with the manager and go over the bike. I had a punch list of all of the problems that I found and we went over each one. They ordered the parts and I waited. Once the parts came in I brought the bike back so they could do the install. When it was complete I came back and did a quick once over on the bike. I noticed that they had ordered a larger windscreen than the one they damaged but didnt say anything because I just wanted to be done with it. Like a crazy person I trusted that they took care of everything so I took off for home. When I got home I did a thorough inspection and found that they did not replace the scratched bar end or they aftermarket mirror extender. I waited a few days (was frustrated) and called them back to let them know. The paperwork they gave me showed that they had replaced the mirror extender, so I suggested that they may have ordered it and its still sitting on a shelf. I was told that theyd check and call me back. Been about a month now and still no call back. Ive now ordered the replacement parts myself and will just eat the money. This was the most time consuming, frustrating, and costly tire change in history. They mishandled and damaged my bike and communicated poorly (cant stress this part enough) from beginning to end. If I had dropped one of their new bikes on the showroom floor I would have made it right...a courtesy (obligation actually) that they did not show me. Thirty years of riding, and thirty years of having my bikes serviced and maintained by dealers (Yamaha and Ducati), and Ive never experienced anything even remotely like this. I wont be back.

I purchased a F 800 R used bike from them a few years back. They gave me a great deal on the bike and it had Race Tech suspension and it rode like it was on rails. When I wanted some add ons and parts I always went to Jonathan in Parts. He was always able to give me options. He is always quick to get me answers or if He doesnt know the answer he will find the answer and get me the correct info. to make a decision. I have purchased most of my Olympia gear, BMW Bags, Plugs and parts there as well. They have always prices matched or at least been the most reasonably priced BMW dealer in the county. I am only 3 miles from the San Diego BMWMC dealer, but I will drive an extra 20 minutes North, because they are always friendly and take care of me. They remember me by name . and always greet me or anybody I bring into them with a smile. I have since sold the bike and Continue to Ride My R 1200 RT. Im starting to look at the new 20 17 RT Demonstrator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a motorcycle yesterday in 20 minutes! Yes, thats right, 20 minutes! Earl was amazing. His knowledge and expertise helped me to make an informed decision, and I got an amazing bike at a great price. To make it even better, they delivered it (John followed me home with it in the back of the truck, thanks!). It was by far the friendliest bike shop in San Diego county and I cant say enough nice things about BMW Mtorcycles of Escondido! It is a little difficult to find, but well worth the investigation! The next time you are looking for a motorcycle, new or pre-owned, give them a call (they dont just carry BMWs:))

This was hands down the best experience that o have ever had at a cycle store. Everyone there was fantastic and willing to answer all of my questions. Typically most shops will not let you demo a bike but these guys do and let me pick my own course. Because they were so professional and more than willing to make sure that I was comfortable I will be back next month to buy the bike I was looking at (F800R). Thank you guys, ill see you soon

I have just returned from another superior service experience at BMW Escondido. While there I spotted a tank bag that would fit on my S1000r and asked if this could also be installed during my service visit? They were very accommodating and added this to the brake service that was being done. I have nothing but good to report about this dealership. If you are considering BMW motorcycle purchase or service I strongly urge you to use them.

I emailed to get a price quote and because my cell phone number was from out of the area, I was accused by Earl of trying to take a price back to a local dealer. They failed at their claim of "superior customer service". I would never do business with them.

I have a 2015 GS-LC. Have used their service department a few times to change tires, etc. Excellent advice on some off road ideas, plus they host numerous events both on and off road. Very responsive, prompt and courteous. Definitely my "go to" shop!

I called the dealer with a few questions regarding service history on a bike an aquaintance purchased. Brenton, in service, answered my questions completely and without the grief that many service departments dish out all too often. Thanks Brenton.

Just purchased a 2010 BMW R1200 from these folks. Phil was most helpful and patient. Lots of financing options--Robin and team were most helpful. Had it shipped to Utah. Everything went smoothly. Great folks, would do business with them again!
