Regretfully I had multiple terrible experiences at this location. I bought my father-in-law a bible for Christmas and unfortunately he needed to return it for a larger print. After being unable the return the bible (with the gift receipt) and echange it for the full value he left defeated and bought the bible he wanted himself at a secular book store which has a no hassle return policy. Today I returned the bible to the store and after picking out a bible and devotional to take advantage of the store credit, I was hassled by employees who gave me excuses and untruthful information. Dissapointed, I had to insist on my money back (after being denied the request to speak to a manager) and will no longer do business with this company. I have NEVER had more trouble returning an item. Shameful.

I will never return to this store again. As a long time customer, I took a bible back to be exchanged for other merchandise. I received it as a duplicate gift. It had the Lifeway sticker in it...but I had no receipt. I was trying to purchase over $200 in merchandise and asked for store credit for the bible....NO WAY! NO RETURNS...NO EXCHANGES....and how rude could they be able it!!!!! They even had the name of the purchaser but couldnt prove how much she paid for it, so no exchange! I immediately went to the Mesquite store who gladly and kindly exchanged it and go a whole lot of additional business from me!! Plano Store---your loss!!!

I get so sick and tired every time I come in no one says a word, even when people leave...no one says anything! I just went in there a few minutes ago to look around, saw 3 people at the register and not a word as I went in almost half of the store. I said "Hello" loudly and still nothing. Lets work on being friendly to your customers and maybe seeing if there is help needed. This happens almost every time and Im done. Is very sad to me, especially as this is a Christian store. I am disappointed.

Very nice, helpful and knowledge associates in this store, I just wish there were closer stores closer to home. My selection was the last item of this type and color with no tabs but they said they could order anything, I just did not have the time and other stores very far
